Interesting read but not totally convinced of the theories.

This statement reflects a common sentiment when encountering new and perhaps unorthodox ideas. While the content may have been engaging and thought-provoking, there are still elements that leave one with doubts. It could be that the theories lack sufficient evidence or are presented in a way that is not entirely clear.

However, this does not mean that the ideas should be dismissed outright. It is important to approach new theories with an open mind and consider the potential implications. Sometimes, initial skepticism can lead to further exploration and a deeper understanding of a subject.

Perhaps a more in-depth analysis is needed to determine the validity of the theories. This could involve researching related topics, looking for supporting evidence, or engaging in discussions with others who have different perspectives.

In conclusion, while not being completely convinced of the theories, it is still possible to find value in the read and use it as a springboard for further learning and investigation.

Relying on the theory of evolution, it might seem to make sense in a certain context. However, the question of why one can't eat shrimp still remains a mystery. Maybe there are underlying biological or environmental factors that have influenced this dietary restriction over time.

If you are not feeling well, by all means, exploring different ways to improve your situation is important. And perhaps this particular dietary adjustment could be a relatively cheap way to do so. But it won't be easy. Changing one's eating habits requires discipline and determination.

There could be various reasons for not being able to eat shrimp, such as allergies, cultural taboos, or personal preferences. Understanding these reasons can help us better navigate our dietary choices and make informed decisions about our health.

In conclusion, while the theory of evolution may provide some insights into our dietary patterns, there are still many individual factors that come into play. It is essential to listen to our bodies and make choices that are right for us.

This is a great book that presents a wide range of examples of blood type diets and the distinct behavioural patterns of individuals with specific blood types.

It offers valuable insights into how different blood types may respond to certain foods and lifestyles. However, it could benefit from including more blood type examples to provide a more comprehensive understanding.

It's important to note that this is an information book, not an exhaustive list of everything one might want to know about their specific blood type. Nevertheless, it is highly informative and engaging to read.

The book serves as a useful resource for those interested in exploring the relationship between blood type and health, as well as for those looking to make dietary and lifestyle changes based on their blood type.

Overall, it offers a unique perspective on the topic and is definitely worth checking out.

The theories presented in this book are completely bogus.

There is no scientific basis or evidence to support them. It seems as if the author has simply made up these ideas without any proper research or verification.

Readers should be cautious when coming across such claims and not blindly accept them as truth. It is important to question and analyze the validity of any theory before giving it any credibility.

In a world where misinformation can spread rapidly, it is essential to have a critical eye and rely on reliable sources of information. This book, unfortunately, fails to meet those standards and should be regarded with skepticism.

Hopefully, future publications will be more严谨 and based on solid research, providing readers with valuable and accurate knowledge.

This makes so much sense to me.

It truly does. When I first heard this statement, it was like a light bulb went off in my head.

It clarified so many things that had been puzzling me before.

It's as if all the pieces of the puzzle suddenly fit together.

I can see the logic and reasoning behind it so clearly now.

It's not just a random thought or idea; it has real substance and value.

It has the potential to change the way I think about certain things and approach various situations.

I'm really glad that I came across this and had the opportunity to understand it.

It's one of those moments that you know will have a lasting impact on you.

I'll definitely be reflecting on this and trying to apply it in my life.

It's amazing how something so simple can make such a big difference.

I found the book truly fascinating!

Particularly, all the details regarding how blood types developed were extremely interesting.

The fact that a significant number of people, including many doctors, consider this information as complete nonsense or at best, untrue, doesn't come as a surprise to me.

This is because it is often the case with new and unconventional information.

I dedicated time to reading numerous reviews, and it appears that if the diet recommendations are favored by the reviewer, then it is regarded as acceptable.

However, if the diet fails to meet their approval, then it is dismissed.

Well, that's quite something.

Since I am Blood type A and I have a preference for consuming grains and vegetables rather than an excessive amount of meat, I naturally agreed with the book's suggestions.

My husband, on the other hand, is Blood type O and he leans towards a meat-based diet.

Oh my!

In conclusion, anyone suffering from chronic health issues should give any proposed diet changes a chance.

My husband was seriously ill for an extended period.

Eventually, it was discovered that he had Celiac Disease.

Once he eliminated all gluten products from his diet, he recovered immediately.

It just goes to show that sometimes, making simple dietary adjustments can have a profound impact on our health.

This theory was overthrown quite some time ago.

Moreover, the research I conducted myself also demonstrates that it is incorrect. For instance, the so-called "fact" that all B type people can tolerate lactose. In my case, I seem to have no issue with it, but my nephew can hardly eat a chocolate bar. The only reason I won't rate this as 1 star is because none of those diets will cause harm to you.

At first, I was fascinated by the idea when I noticed that many of these claims seemed to align with myself and my girlfriend. I verified this with several of my friends, and one of them found that it was almost exactly the opposite of what he could tolerate, had allergies to, and so on.

All in all, wouldn't it be convenient to have a list of foods that are genetically good or bad specifically for you? I'm sorry to say, but it's nonsense! No such list can be created at this time.

It's important to approach such theories with a healthy dose of skepticism and rely on scientific research and individual experiences rather than blindly following unsubstantiated claims.

I don't usually have an inclination towards reading fad diet books. However, this particular one stands out as being completely unique.

It details the foods that can have adverse reactions in your system based on your blood type. Given that I frequently experience indigestion, I decided to take a look. Apparently, some of the foods that I consume almost daily are ones that I should steer clear of. So, I'm a bit disappointed, but also hopeful.

I will definitely give it a try because although I eat very healthily, I still sometimes feel sluggish and bloated. The reason I gave it five stars is that at the back, it listed all the ailments that certain blood types are more susceptible to. According to me, they are all accurate. This can't just be a coincidence as it also applies to my sister, who has a different blood type. It's really good food for thought.

Overall, this diet book has provided me with some interesting insights and I'm looking forward to seeing if making the recommended dietary changes will have a positive impact on my health.

This is a great book and it is extremely interesting.

I have already recommended it to several people whom I know have been striving to be more healthy.

My husband and I have made substantial food changes after reading this book. We have cut down on processed foods and increased our intake of fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

As a result, we have been feeling amazing. Our energy levels have increased, our digestion has improved, and we generally feel more vibrant and alive.

This book has truly been a game-changer for us in terms of our health and well-being. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to make positive changes in their diet and lifestyle.

A good concept that may have something to it if you can get past the evolution aspect of their findings.

This concept seems to hold some potential, yet the evolution aspect might pose a challenge.

It could be that the idea itself is quite interesting and could lead to further exploration and discovery.

However, the focus on evolution might be a deterrent for some.

Perhaps if we can look beyond this particular aspect and consider the concept from other perspectives, we might be able to uncover its true value.

It's important to keep an open mind and not be too quick to dismiss the concept just because of the evolution factor.

There could be other elements within it that are worthy of our attention and investigation.

By taking a more comprehensive approach, we might be able to see the concept in a new light and determine its potential significance.

(ABRIDGED)

This is not a horrible book by any means. It is actually quite good as it allows you to pick out the valuable information from it. However, I did start to lose a bit of interest when it got into the lengthy list of minutiae about one blood type being a certain way, with exceptions here and there, and then being similar to another blood type with its own set of exceptions. It was like a maze of information. The topics presented seemed to be lightly researched and haven't quite reached a conclusion yet. Despite that, it did manage to broaden my views on what could potentially be involved in nutrition. It made me think about how different blood types might have different nutritional requirements and how that could impact our overall health and well-being. Overall, while it had its flaws, it still had some redeeming qualities.

I gave this a 4 because it fits the book title.

It's not fair to give it a 3 when I didn't read the other blood types all the way through. I'm sure they're just fine.

My type O diet is interesting. So, I need to eat lean red meat and anything else I can hunt down and kill, as it's the primitive homo sapiens blood type. Great.

However, I'm also a cancer survivor who gave up red meat. And what meat is recommended! Lamb, venison, liver, veal, heart, mutton, buffalo - all stuff I wouldn't have put down my neck when I did eat meat. Rabbits? Baby calves and baby sheep?

I'm good on the no dairy, but have you ever seen kelp in the produce aisle? If I need kelp, I can roll about 22 miles away/44 round trip and go to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's, but my carbon footprint would get a bunion.

I glanced at the other types. How come mine is the most expensive and exotic? Primitive diet. Not sure there's any meat around here the owners would be happy to have me wrestle to the ground and butcher. And it would probably wreck my pedicure.

I'm also over 60. My blood type O requires high-intensity physical activity (the equivalent of running down that baby buffalo, I guess). I can choose between aerobics 3-4X a week for an hour each, stair climbing (same), martial arts, calisthenics, roller skating, weight training. The author offers the heart rate mathematics. I can almost do the math, but I can't do the time. So as Captain Barbossa says, they're more guidelines.

Type Os were the epitome of focus, drive, and self-preservation; hardy and strong. And then, as if all this wasn't painful enough, the example of a fine type O is Ronald Reagan. If I see that name in any other context any time soon, I'm going to go primitive, all right, providing Cro-Magnon woman had a rich profane vocabulary in her fur backpack.
