There are an abundance of nutritional theories out there. Whenever I come across a new one, I have a preference for it to be accompanied by some footnotes and supported by credible research. This provides a solid foundation and gives me more confidence in the theory.

However, unfortunately, this particular book lacks both of these crucial elements. Without footnotes, it becomes difficult to trace the sources and verify the information presented. And without credible research, the theory seems rather flimsy and unsubstantiated.

As a result, I found this theory extremely hard to swallow. It's like trying to eat a meal without any seasoning or proper preparation. It just doesn't sit well with me and leaves me with a sense of dissatisfaction and doubt.

I believe that in order for a nutritional theory to be taken seriously, it must have these basic requirements. Otherwise, it's just another unsubstantiated claim that adds to the clutter of misinformation in the field of nutrition.

I have a friend who firmly swears by this. She is truly convinced that it holds great value. However, it should be noted that she also believes in auras and healing stones.

Given her rather eclectic set of beliefs, one has to wonder how reliable her opinion really is.

Nevertheless, it is still worth a read.

As for whether it is effective or not, I really don't know.

There is a certain allure to the idea, but without proper evidence or research, it remains a mystery.

Maybe further exploration will shed some light on the matter.

Just being diagnosed with Degenerative Arthritis of the lumbar spine has truly made me delve deep into exploring various things that can assist in alleviating the pain, aside from relying solely on pain killers.

I am already well aware that dairy products are not suitable for me, and that's not too much of a problem. Additionally, I've noticed that when I consume a large amount of wheat, it causes significant pain in my joints. So, this particular plan has really made me believe that it might just be effective.

Undoubtedly, cutting out certain things from my diet is going to be a challenging task. However, if it can bring relief and help manage the pain, then it will all be worth it.

This book offers a plethora of ideas and concepts to think about and ponder upon, especially if you are facing this problem or many others related to diet and health.

However, I was rather disappointed when I discovered that there was only a single recipe included. It seems that the author could have provided a greater variety of recipes to support the additional insights presented.
