I have an unwavering love for Schultz's voice.

Here, she vividly describes her husband Sherrod Brown's run for one of Ohio's U.S. Senate seats in 2006.

Her words are not only funny but also incredibly insightful and touching.

She manages to humanize the often tiresome and grueling grind of the campaign trail.

It's as if she peels back the layers and shows us the real people behind the political machinery.

Her description makes me feel like I'm right there with them, experiencing every moment.

And because of her unique perspective and the way she brings the story to life, she most definitely gets my vote.

Her voice is like a breath of fresh air in the often stuffy world of politics, and I can't wait to hear more from her.

Fan-freaking-tastic!

I was incredibly lucky to have met Connie at a recent event. Naturally, I seized the opportunity to buy her book and have it signed.

This book offers such a hilarious and informative look into life on the campaign trail. It's not just about the political aspect; it also provides a poignant portrayal of a feminist marriage. Connie and her husband are both feminist individuals, yet they are functioning in a world that is often not so feminist.

I have an endless amount of admiration for Connie Schultz. Her writing is engaging, and her perspective is refreshing. And let's not forget her lovely husband. Their relationship seems to be based on mutual respect and support, which is truly inspiring.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in politics, feminism, or just a good read. It's a must-have for any bookshelf.

This campaign memoir is, in fact, more like a captivating story.

It delves into the challenges of preserving a new marriage while engaged in a grueling senatorial campaign.

It also explores the arduous struggle to maintain one's own identity, not just being known as the candidate's "lovely wife."

However, it offers an interesting behind-the-scenes look at what is required to conduct a successful campaign.

There is the constant pressure to raise funds, deal with attack ads, prepare for debates, and endure the exhausting and unrelenting daily routine of travel, speeches, interviews, and events.

The memoir is presented as a chronology, told through anecdotes, laced with humor and sincerity.

It provides a unique perspective on the complex and demanding world of political campaigning, as well as the personal sacrifices and triumphs that come with it.

Overall, it is a fascinating read that offers valuable insights into both the political and personal aspects of a senatorial campaign.

I absolutely loved this woman and her book!

I first heard about her during the coverage of Elizabeth Edwards.

And just recently, I finished reading her book.

It was so sweet, funny, and touching.

Now, I'm looking forward to reading her next book, Life Happens.

She is a Pulitzer prize winning columnist for the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

She got married later in life to Sharrod Brown, a Democratic Senator from Ohio.

Her writing style is engaging and her stories are relatable.

I can't wait to see what else she has in store for us.

Overall, I highly recommend her books to anyone looking for a good read.

You won't be disappointed!
