This is a really nice throwback to the 90s strips. It brings back a lot of memories and has a certain charm that is characteristic of that era.

However, after a while, it starts to feel a bit of a slog. The story seems to drag on without much excitement or development.

I really wish there was some commentary as well. It would be great to have some insights into the strips, maybe some background information or an analysis of the art and storytelling.

This would add another layer of depth to the experience and make it more engaging for the reader.

Overall, while it has its strengths, there is definitely room for improvement to make this a more enjoyable and fulfilling read.

A collection of the daily Archie strips has been put together. It's truly been a source of entertainment and fun. However, there's a bit of a drawback. I find myself really missing the more involved and complex stories that Archie has had in the past. The current collection seems to lack that depth and substance. Moreover, it's extremely short. It feels like it doesn't offer enough to truly satisfy the fans. There's so much potential for more engaging storylines and character development. But unfortunately, this particular collection falls short in that regard. It leaves one longing for the days when Archie strips had more to offer in terms of both story and length.

First Impression: Beautifully written


When they say a book flows well, this book is what they mean. It is so incredibly beautifully done. It is like a breath of fresh air. It is about so much more than two boys kissing, yet that is all it is really about. I think every straight person should read this book to get an idea of how hard it is to be a gay teenager. What an incredible book. See some of the quotes below.
