EXCELLENT book! I highly recommend it to anyone not afraid of the truth.

Wow

Just when I think I can't be shocked by the corruption brought to the country by the Clinton's any longer, I am yet again proven wrong. Learning more about the egotistical megalomaniac Soros is just going to keep me up at night!

Reinforced what I already knew of the Democratic Party. It has changed over the years and no longer are the "blue dog democrats" in office. It is represented by radicals that want to change the constitution and are not looking to support ALL of the people. Only the "group of the day". I found the book interesting, but slow to read at times. Gave it a 4 because this is a presidential election year and think it is a good read to be informed on the other side of politics.

I would recommend this book to any Progressive (ie. Democrat) that is interested in what has become of his party

Just re-read the book and enjoyed the refresher on how the government works. I had planned on writing a complete different response but just turned on the TV.
Bernie Sanders just quit the campaign and really that is to make way for Hillary because everyone know Joe Biden will not be able to make it to the election. Or is it just to not waste chance or be tagged as a loser before 2024.

I have read all of George Soros books and I am in no way impressed and because I read so fast this last time just asked for my money back. Here we find the reason for Soro’s use of his made up term “Open Society” page after page chapter after chapter and book after book of the same useless rhetoric with no foundation and here at least they state it is intention.

Exciting manipulation of the minions

Excellent description of who and who's policies and beliefs control the Obama's presidency and current Democratic party. A must read for anyone who cares about freedom.

There's always more than just one person that makes one's decisions in politics. I understood quite well what Horowitz was expressing about the Democrats, I'm not affiliated with either party, so it was easy for me too read this with an unbiased view. My point with that statement was to say it was well written. Aside from that, I personally believe we can get dirt on anyone or any aspect in politics, because everyone has their own view on how things ought to be done in America, or anywhere in the world for that matter. So no one person has an omnipotent view over anything involved in the lives of those in power. I understand that this is supposed to be a historic work, but even his sources had biases towards the Democrats. I'm not saying he's right or wrong, just that we can't take any writing such as this and see it as the full truth, or definite answer as to what happened in those times, because it is only the interpretation of, in this case, two authors and their sources. On that note, Soros was an interesting character, and I feel that his followers ought not to trust him, as he is similar to Howard Hughes. Hughes gained power quite quickly, then he went no where with it, and Soros seems to have done the same. "The Shadow Agenda", though I believe it exists, Horowitz seemed unable to say anything about its future. So we can worry about this of course, take it into account when we vote, but lets not all go into complete paranoia over it. We still have to live our lives and do our jobs. This is not to criticize Horowitz, he's an exceptional author. My point is that as long as we have good, hard working, and productive Americans, I think we can take what comes, whenever and whatever it is that may. I've preached this before, and I will continue to do so as a non affiliate, (though my views are leaned into Republican more than anything else, just to be honest about that statement), we need to stop seeing each other as Reds and Blues, and start thinking that we are Americans. Unity is what holds and has held this nation together for the past three hundred or so years, and that's what will continue to do so.

Albeit this is a dated book, since Hillary Clinton is in the title, it is the Rosetta Stone to those who wish to understand how the Democrat Party has been suborned to radicalism and just who is behind it all.

In detail, it exposes how the Democratic Party is invested in weakening our military in general and in Iraq and Afghanistan specifically by defunding it at the Congressional level at the same decrying it on the grass roots level under the mantra of "Bring our boys home". It worked to the national detriment in Vietnam, (where GEN Creighton Abrams never lost a battle after replacing GEN William Westmoreland in the wake of the Tet offensive. Our leaving allies to their fates resulted in the murder of over three MILLION Vietnamese and Cambodians by the triumphant Communists. This should happen in the Middle East according to the radicals plan to reduce the deterrent effdect of a strong military.

Barack Hussein Obama, an unknowable pliant stalking horse of a candidate, is being funded by this man and is the beneficiery of a Soros bought and paid for national media. (As Andy Rooney says "Jever wonder" how the talking points and words are IDENTICAL across all the networks and large newspaper chains?

All the methods of this new Machiavel are on display in this book. Read it and get a new insight into just how the wreckage through which we now wade was caused.

Yes, the book is hyperbolic. Yes, the depth and breadth of this 'conspiracy' is hard to swallow. Yes, this book talks about a downright evil cabal of power mongers. But, the most important thing here is that even if only 1% of what Horowitz lays out here is true... it is downright scary.

It is pretty incredible how one single individual can have so much power to leave his (dirty) marks all around the world! Most of the sinister in this world starts from self-righteous people, like Soros, who would do anything necessary to materialize their intentions. There is no good in concentrated power in any shape or form. It needs to be discovered and democratized to for the sake of a free society. Nice and easy read.

Man, did HE nail it. This was written before the rise of Barack Obama, but you now see so much of what Horowitz predicted has come true. It was meant as a warning of things to come. Now it reads like a history book.
