Zanimljivo predstavljeni koncepti ljubavi, ocekivanja, samodestrukcije i inspiracije. Crtez je bas lijep i sve je nekako melankolicno (nije sve prekrasno u crtezu kao u npr. Habibi, gdje je svaka stranica malo umjetnicko djelce), ali mi se ovdje bas jako svidaju jednostavne linije. Zapravo sam uzela usporedivati to dvoje zbog melankolicnog tona u svakom potezu i svakoj rijeci.
Posebno dirljiv trenutak je kad Naser u krevetu razmislja o tome kako se netko uporno moli za njegovu dusu i na taj nacin mu ne da da umre.
Sam kadar prikaza nevoljenog sincica u kadru nakon je bas mocan. I zapravo je suludo kako nas neke stvari prestanu inspirirati u trenutku kad se sudarimo s planetom i kako se nekad nesto u nama samo prekine i pukne...

Frango Com Ameixas é da mesma autora de Persepolis. Conta-nos a história do tio-avô da autora, músico, que vai perder todo o gosto pela música e pela vida depois do seu tar (instrumento musical) se ter partido.

Gostei de ter conhecido o Irão de 1958 e das histórias desta família. Uma história mais profunda do que à primeira vista aparenta ser, onde o desgosto é a tristeza têm um papel central. O final emocionou-me...

کلی با این کتاب خندیدم

کتاب، داستان ده روز آخر زندگی ناصر علی خان نوازنده تار رو در قالب تصویر تعریف می کنه. بعد از این که تار محبوب استاد تو یه دعوا و مشاجره توسط زنش دو تیکه میشه لذت بردن از همه علایق و دلگرمی های زندگی براش ناممکن میشه و در انتظار مرگ روز رو شب می کنه و شب رو به روز می رسونه.

این که چرا ناصر علی خان استاد تار ناصر علی خان شده و حالا به این روز افتاده با خوندن اتفاقات هشت روز باقی عمرش و فلاش بک های داستان به زمان های خیلی دور که با چاشنی طنز لطیفی ( یا شاید هم تلخ) همراه شده،کم کم معلوم میشه.

I came to reading this short graphic novel via a circuitous route: I first saw the film the author co-directed based on it, because I like the actor who played the brother. I enjoyed the film, but felt I didn't really understand it, or what it was really all about, so thought maybe the book would explain things. The book DOES go into more detail, particularly on the political underpinnings - but I can't say I really understand it any better. :-( Still, I liked the illustrations and it literally takes about an hour to read, so not sorry I made the journey.

Every once and awhile you come across a story that is so tragic that it goes beyond a story and becomes a beautiful work of art. The story that Marjane Satrapis has given us is such a work, combined with her art this story leaves the reader touched and unable to feel anything but the beauty and the tragedy of the characters. From the lessons she offers on life, and love, to the simplistic lessons of faith and the tragic condition that so many find themselves in, this book will leave even the most cynical lost for words. Anyone who saw or read Persepolis needs to read this book as well. I can't recomend this book enough.



Also as a student of non-Western history, and someone who is fascinated by the history of Iran Satrapi once again offers an insight into a fascinating people. In a time when Iran is too often portrayed in a negative light Satrapi is a true credit to her country and the art of graphic novels.

Trumpa ir liūdna (ne)meilės istorija. Liūdniausia matyti, kaip lengva patikėti tuo, kuo nori patikėti, ir šitaip apsigauti.

Esta obra es la primera que leo de Marjane Satrapi, no he querido empezar a descubrirla con “Persépolis” porque sé que luego compararía el resto de su obra con esta (pero la verdad es que no tardaré en hincarle el diente a “Persépolis”). Aquí el protagonista es Nasser Ali, un músico que vive en Teherán y deja de encontrar sentido a su vida cuando tras una discusión con su mujer esta rompe su tar, el instrumento que él toca. Entonces Nasser Ali decide meterse en la cama y dejarse morir, cosa que consigue ocho días después. A partir de ahí, el relato vuelve atrás y nos lleva a descubrir los pensamientos de este hombre en sus últimos días de vida, mientras da un repaso a su existencia, a su familia y a cosas del pasado y el futuro.

Es una historia dramática sobre alguien que de verdad ha perdido la ilusión por la vida y está vacío de todo propósito, pero también tiene algunas gotas de un humor muy irónico. Sé que este humor es el sello de la autora y me ha gustado mucho. También se nos dan pinceladas históricas y culturales sobre Irán; los últimos días de vida de Nasser Ali transcurren en 1958, y al hacer saltos en el tiempo hacia atrás y adelante, se dejan ver muchos momentos clave de la historia reciente de Irán. El protagonista me cayó mal, pero es una novela gráfica entretenida, que se lee en un suspiro y guarda alguna que otra sorpresa, aunque creo que otras obras de la autora podrían gustarme más. No obstante, este es un buen ejemplo de que un cómic no tiene que tener un dibujo espectacular y lleno de color para contar cantidad de cosas, tan solo con tinta negra y muy pocas palabras se puede decir mucho.

از طرفی به نظرم میاد توانایی قصه گویی نویسنده از کتاب های قبلی بیشتره و از طرف دیگه شلوغی و شلختگی بعضی از صفحه ها و ایرادهای منطقی (البته در چهارچوب خود قصه، مثل این که اگر این عشق تا این حد اثر داشت، چه طور همچین خانواده عریض و طویلی تشکیل شده؟) اذیتم می کنن.
در کل پسندیدم.
