Helps to give new insight, see things from a different perspective. Easy to go back when dwelling doubtful, can pick up and re-read from any part.

I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to want to quit smoking. It gives you a pretty good perspective shift and makes you think twice about the reasons why you smoke. It's a pretty good mental preparation tool. Don't ask me about it for about five days, though...

I’m finally free! I’ve been smoking for 7 years and used the willpower methods just over a year ago and lasted 7 months but gave in after just 1 cigarette. I’m so excited to be free and regain my health, money and time. Thank you for giving me to tools to set myself free from the nicotine trap!

I guess I can't really give a fair review until I'm a non-smoker for a good period of time, lol!
But there are some handy bits in the book. Things you may already know, but also some great tips on shifting your perspective.
I had my last cigarette around noon on 1/14/23. I haven't had too many cravings and at one point forgot that I used to be a smoker, lol!
So for now, I'll go 5 stars, but I'll have to check back in in a month, and maybe again at a year. :)
