Loved the job he got in the end. Super cute. I could have gone without the preface of 'For instance' on every single page.

My 6 year old niece says Mr. Bump hurts himself every day and it makes her feel sad. He's very kind though, as he was cheering Little Miss Hug up on the TV today.

This work is a good one.

Mr. Bump is an adorable blue bulge. He has bandage on him. He has his little accidents all the time while he’s on his many jobs and even on his holiday where he’s just moving about. But he has a positive outlook. Holiday is a time when he can think things through and he has a great idea. What a marvelous idea indeed!

A thrilling read, but littered with plot holes

So simple, so much fun, such lovely illustrations - timeless.

I haven't seen too many of this series here in the states but before I left England I remember absolutley loving this series. I also recall this being one of the series my mother read to me early on.

i liked how he fell into stuff a lot.

Mama read this aloud to me. I loved the repetition of the word "bump" - it made me smile! This book was a gift from one of my mom's friends and her two sons! They sent me a HUGE box of books they had outgrown. I can't wait to read them all.
