I need to defend picking this one up: It's set in Alaska and I liked Stephanie Plum (well, the first 13 or so before she started running in circles). But wow. I realize this was an early book, but it was painfully bad.

Fun. Escapist. Predictable. Romance. When a top NYC executive trades for a business in Alaska you know adventure is coming. I admired her work ethic and determination. This book was a perfect Christmas read.

Anything Ms. Evanovich writes has me in stitches. I absolutely love her!! and Manhunt is the ideal book to sit back, relax, sip some cocoa, and let her words do their magic to lighten the stress of living in this day-in-age:))
