i could not put this book down. read it in less than a week

Sylvia's got some specific's that I haven't experienced yet...but it definitely made me curious about exploring hypno therapy as a next step...

WOW...She has done major research to validate the past lives that come up during her sessions. The process truly helps people! This is a book I have flown through because it is so fascinating....And it emphasizes that Western medicine should take notice and use what WORKS. ;)

Intriguing, but I would of like more references beyond the people she counsels.

Spiritual enlightenment. A chapter on self-hypnosis.

Made me think about health ailments and success in a entirely new way. Worth reading!
