This book was about amber brown and her best friend .They were good friends until one of them moved.Thwy had to result in the conflict.Also they say that amber brown in a brown crayons beacuse of her last name .They be mean to her and bully her.I learned that u should always think you have like real friends.I would recomened this book to everyone and girls that are growing up beacuse to make sure stuff like bullying doesnt happened .

La ilustración es en blanco y negro, abarca una pequeña parte de la página y se enfoca en los personajes en diferentes situaciones, por ejemplo, Justo y Ámbar comiendo pizza. Algo que se podría mejorar es aumentar la cantidad de ilustraciones en momentos importantes de la historia, como Justo yéndose en avión. Algo destacable del libro es la forma de escritura, donde la autora logra generar una gran empatía hacia los personajes y sus sentimientos, especialmente la tristeza de Ámbar estando en el colegio sin su mejor amigo. Se recomienda desde los 7 hasta los 10 años de edad.

Cute story about friendship. A quick read, but it does hit at some sensitive topics that friends of all ages have to go through.

This is a story about a girl named Amber Brown. Her best friend might be moving away and that makes her very sad. A boy at school needed the brown crayon and made fun of Amber because that is her las name. She stood up for herself. Her and her friend Justin are playing when they see the for sale sign that was in front of his house get covered by a SOLD sticker. They had hoped it wasn't real, but it was. Justin would have to move. When he and his family go look for houses, Amber realizes that shes all alone. Justin comes back and tells of how excitnng the trip is, acting like he wasn't sad at all. Amber and Justin have a 'fight' in desguse for there sad feelings. Amber is very upset that he is leaving,and cryingn to her mother and saying that she hates him. Her mother reminds her that she will meet new friends and her and Justin would keep in touch. Now who would be her new best friend?
