I have read a lot of leadership, self-help, and management books. I couldn't even get through this one and had to put it down before finishing. I felt like this one was way too basic, but was written in a way that was trying to sound very complex. Just didn't read very well. I wouldn't recommend this book. There are lots out there much better if you are trying to improve your leadership and people skills.
This books takes you through real practical issues of life and touches almost each and every part of soft skills required in day to day activities. A must read for everyone once.
I have read the book "How to make friends" by Dale Carniege. This books didn't add additional values as the content pretty much feel similar like the other books by the same author.
After reading the first half of the books, I decided to stop reading the books as it's writting something too long like 5 pages where I feel it can be shortened to 1 page and repeat the same topic over and over.
The writting style also too weird, why it's using 3rd person persepective, isn't the author is Dale Carniege? or does it someone else? I don't know and didn't want to spend more time on this book to figure it out.
Average book that has some good tips for the working world. I like the tip to always end meetings in a good note, even when the middle of the meeting can be negative.
