If I was to shorten the story in one sentence, I'd say A Walk to Remember is the story of bad boy Landon falling in love with sweet and innocent Jamie.

The writing was easy and the plot wasn't too complicated. Some things were also a tad bit cliché but I don't think that anything will ever be new in romance novels anymore.

At first, Landon's character really pissed me off but he grew to be okay. And Jamie was just such a sweetheart I couldn't help but like her.

In my opinion, the story lacked any sense of originality but it was an easy read and enjoyable nevertheless.

A Walk to Remember is beautiful. As are most Nicholas Sparks novels to be fair.
It's quite a short novel, but it covers a lot of ground. If you want something that will rip your heart out then here it is.

کلیشه در داستان ها همیشه وجود داشته و مخصوصاً در رمنس از همیشه بیشتر خودش رو نشون میده. ولی کلیشه باید از جایی شروع بشه و بعضی کتاب ها کلیشه سازند، این هم یکی از اون کتاب هاست؛ با توجه به نویسنده و اینکه در 2004 چاپ شده و تعداد داستان ها و فیلم هایی که بعد از این سال با این موضوع خوندم و دیدم، البته که خودش هم کلیشه های زیادی رو استفاده کرده

عشق بین دختری بسیار خوب و فرشته وار و پسری به اصطلاح "بد". خانواده های متفاوت که از هم دل خوشی ندارند، تقابل دین دار معتقد سنتی و پولدار سیاست مدار. زندگی 1950 در ایالت های جنوبی آمریکا. بیماری. و عشقی که زندگی رو تغییر میده
کتاب عملاً تو همین چند جمله خلاصه شد و تنها نکته خاصش به نظرم معصومیت این عشق بود

اما لحن کتاب دوست داشتنی و به شدت روانه و احساس می کنی کسی رو به روت نشسته و داستان میگه
برای یه مطالعه سبک خوب بود و البته فرق های زیادی با فیلم داشت. نحوه تمام کردن کتاب هم برام خیلی جالب بود. در ژانر خودش فکر کنم برای من یه کتاب سه ستاره بود. معمولیه خوب

It's so heart warming and wonderfully written.
This is my first Nicholas Sparks book and it was truly wonderful.
I really enjoyed this book a lot.

Beni ağlatabilen kitaplara bir yenisi daha eklendi...Tüm filmlerini izlememe rağmen bu zamana kadar hiç Nicholas Sparks kitabı okumamıştım,bu kitapla yazarın ne kadar güçlü bir kalemi olduğunu öğrenmiş oldum.Kitap sadece 173 sayfa fakat yazar bu 173 sayfaya öyle duygular sıkıştırmış ki bir yandan gülümserken diğer yandan kendimi hüngür hüngür ağlarken buldum

One of my favourite books. Storytelling at it's best. Recommended.

Just saw the movie last night, now I really want to read this book. Even though I'm not into contemporaries, I'm addicted to books with sick charactes, or opposite attraction (minus Fault in our Stars). The question is do I want an ebook, or a physical copy?

definitely my favorite nicholas sparks book. wow that was an emotional rollercoaster.

A Walk to Remember by Nicholas Sparks is about the relationship between Landon Carter, a popular and handsome high school young man, and a religious girl - Jamie Sullivan. Their love is honest and pure. With Jamie, Landon - a bad school boy, became a better person. He care about Jamie, dancing with her, and building a telescope for her. He married her, and then she died.

This story touched and moved me, and I cried many times while reading.

Great book and also a movie. Nicholas Sparks is very talented writer. His love stories are awesome and catching for hearts. I recommend the book to Everyone
