Gli do 3 stelle, perché l'ortografia fa schifo.
Vergogna!

I've never read one of Nicholas Sparks' books because so many are out as a film, I tend to watch them instead. However, my friend read this book and she absolutely loved it, as did I. It was so romantic, with a massive twist (for the better), and almost made me cry at the end - and that doesn't happen to me very often!
I definitely want to read more of Nicholas Sparks' books, as I'm sure they'll all equally as amazing, and romantic.

Most love stories happen before and end with marriage, and the story ends and they've supposedly lived happily ever after. This book, however, shows that even after the rocky path that follows marriage, there's still a loving ending.

The concept of the book is so beautiful, but the way it was presented was very difficult to get into at first. I also found that after reading many of his books, they start to become very similar, and predictable.

The story was incredibly heartfelt, nonetheless, and I was so touched.

Even though I only gave this book 4 stars, I really did love the story that Sparks created. I'm a fan of his work. It was a really sweet love story, and it gave me the warm & fuzzies after I read it!! With that said, it didn't draw me in immediately. In fact, it actually took me a long time to read this book. I love it when a book can be so completely engaging that I just can't wait to find out what happens next. It just took me awhile to get into the story, but once I was in it--- I was in it, and I couldn't put the book down. It was a story that I ended up sharing with my husband, and it provoked some interesting conversations between the two of us. Soooooooo--- if you can get past the first 100 pages or so, I would be surprised if you didn't end up liking the story. I would like to note that the first 100 pages aren't painful to read. It's all information that needs to be told for the whole story to come together at the end.
