The obsession is real at this point. Found Naomi quite annoying though. Quite enjoying L if ya catch my drift. If you haven't started on this series yet then what are you waiting on.

Excellent again, showing how evil Light can really be.

So many memories of the anime series that I loved and the books are just amazing.

Did I mention how much I LOVE L? :-D

I disagree with the decision of a villain as the protaginist, eventhough the art and story is great I don’t think that this is for me. If you enjoy antagonistic stories this is for you, the first volume doesn't really represent what the tone of the other volumes ( in this case volume 2) will be

Volume 2 picks up right where Volume 1 left off, with Light testing his abilities with the Death Note and trying to cover his own butt.

We get to see more L in this volume, including his face! and we start to understand more of his motives and character.

There’s also a pretty cool female character introduced, which is always nice to see.

Overall, the volume is basically Light trying to gather how much knowledge his adversaries have about Kira and an extenuation of the Battle of Intelligence between Light and L.

I like this series so far, I like the discussion of right and wrong and heroes and villains, and can’t wait to continue on.

I am enjoying the story SO, so much! It is VERY compelling..! I will want the series for my own shelves, that's for sure! :-)

It is highly readable, compulsively so, maybe even? Hmm.. I found myself so eager to know what happened next that I kept reading and kept forgetting to stop and look at the graphics T_T
This IS my first time with ANY kind of graphical media in I guess fifteen years? :-/ Even when watching movies and tv-shows, if there are subtitles, I can't help but read those and compare to what is being said, instead of actually watching what's happening on screen >_<

But yes, I highly recommend this one :-) I still stumble _sometimes_ in regards to frames and speach bubbles reading order if the deviate from the suggested "recipe", but then I just cross my fingers and hope I get it right xD

Sans surprise, j’ai dévoré ce deuxième tome! J’ai été prise dans l’histoire (histoire que je trouve fascinante) et j’ai tellement d’attache pour Light! C’est un personnage absolument génial. J’ai adoré la tournure qu’a pris ce tome, tome qui nous montre un Light manipulateur et ultra rusé. J’ai hâte de lire la suite de ce manga, un manga qui me rend totalement accro!

L and Light, clever as can be! They play an interesting game.
The second volume was better than the first if I must say.
Light shows how smart he is. L deduces quicker. The intensity will have you on the edge of your chair!
I knew what was going to happen because I have seen the anime but this still had my heart racing!
So good!
