Great book! life lessons wrapped into a story which I enjoyed. Reminded me of the Alchemist. I really recommend this book if you are into self development and are tired of all the how to books.
I'm afraid for me this book doesn't hold a torch to his first book - Way of the Peaceful Warrior however that's not to say this book didn't have it's merits. Told as part narrative, part story, it almost deteriorates into an "airy-fairy" existence for Dan. There are some strong quotes in the book that may provide enlightenment to the reader but that will depend upon where you are with your "Learning Progress". If you've read his first book, chances are you'll take a shot at this too but if you're expecting another blockbuster from him, you may be a little disappointed. Note: it took me almost 4 months to finish because it simply didn't inspire the way I guess I wanted it to.
