Other than it's clear definition for emphasizing consistency which I think wasn't clarified well enough, this book teaches us the proper principles of life. It gives you a proper perspective of how you deal with things at this moment and how you should deal with them. There is also a tad of self reflection to this book which is really helpful. Personally reading this book, my favorite rule was ''first seek to understand, then to be understood''. This has deep and utter meaning for everyone. Something I personally noticed with supervisors that I had especially was that they asked the wrong questions. For example they asked themselves: ''Why can't you guys just sell better''. Rather than him asking as a supervisor: ''What can I do as a person so that my team will develop a more according sales mentality''. The last missing star is because this wasn't a complete book to me. It did however help me be a better person. This is an ''everyone book''. Perhaps that's why it is a best seller. This book is worth your time, and even if this explains nothing new to you, it would still be an appropriate reminder.
