This is my very first manga that I've read online.

As for the other three volumes, I already own them, but unfortunately, not the first one.

The story has really piqued my interest, and I'm extremely excited to see where this little adventure takes the characters.

Every page turn brings new surprises and developments, making it impossible for me to put it down.

I can't wait to discover what lies ahead for them and how their journey will unfold.

The art style is also very captivating, adding to the overall charm of the manga.

I'm looking forward to continuing this online reading experience and seeing how the story progresses.

It's been a great introduction to the world of online manga for me, and I'm eager to explore more.

Eh *shrugs* It was okay.

This simple statement seems to convey a sense of mild indifference or lack of strong enthusiasm. The person is perhaps expressing that the experience or situation they are referring to was neither particularly good nor bad. It was just average or mediocre. The use of the shrug gesture further emphasizes this sense of nonchalance. Maybe they had expected more but were left with a somewhat underwhelming feeling. However, it could also imply that they are not overly concerned or bothered by it. Overall, it gives the impression of a rather neutral assessment.

Bleach is a highly popular and well-known manga series. Its creator, Tite Kubo, also has a debut work called Zombie Powder. Although this work is not as widely recognized as Bleach, it still has its own charm. In fact, Zombie Powder is just a stone's throw away from being on the same page as Kubo's 2001 work. The story and characters in Zombie Powder are quite interesting. I, for one, really love the main character, Gamma. Gamma has a unique personality and appearance, which makes him stand out among other characters. His adventures and experiences throughout the story are both exciting and engaging. Overall, Zombie Powder is an enjoyable work that is definitely worth checking out for fans of Tite Kubo or those who are interested in unique and creative manga.

When you peruse through Zombie Powder, you can clearly discern the underlying framework of Bleach.

For a manga that spans only four volumes, it is truly a worthy read, particularly if you have a penchant for Bleach.

The sole aspect that might potentially leave you feeling a bit let down is the ending.

By the time you reach volume four, it becomes evident that Bleach had begun to find its rhythm and Kubo was relegating Zombie Powder to the sidelines.

That being stated, I still cherish it incredibly deeply in my heart and firmly believe that it stands as a prime example of just how proficient Kubo is at the art of storytelling.

His ability to create engaging characters and immersive worlds is on full display in Zombie Powder, even if it didn't receive the same level of attention as Bleach.

Despite its shortcomings, it remains a memorable and enjoyable work that is well worth revisiting.

A series that I really enjoyed during my teenage years was [Series Name]. It had a captivating storyline that kept me hooked from the very beginning. The characters were well-developed and relatable, which made it easy for me to immerse myself in their world. I would eagerly await each new installment, impatient to find out what would happen next.

The setting of the series was also quite unique and added to its charm. It was filled with adventure, mystery, and a touch of romance, which appealed to my teenage heart. I remember spending countless hours reading the books or watching the adaptations, completely lost in the fictional universe.

This series had a significant impact on me during my teens. It not only provided entertainment but also inspired my imagination and creativity. It made me dream of having my own adventures and experiencing the same kind of excitement as the characters in the series. Even now, looking back, I still have fond memories of this series and the joy it brought me during my teenage years.

This is the series that I hold in higher regard than Bleach.

After Tite abandoned this project, I completely lost my faith in him.

The story was truly enjoyable, filled with thrilling action sequences and just the perfect amount of light-hearted silliness.

It had a unique charm that kept me engaged from start to finish.

It's such a great pity that he didn't choose to continue this wonderful series.

We will never know how the story could have developed further and what amazing adventures the characters would have embarked on.

Nevertheless, the memories of the time I spent reading this series will always remain with me, and I will always be disappointed that it came to such an abrupt end.

I can only hope that one day, Tite will realize the potential of this series and decide to give it the continuation it truly deserves.

ZOMBIEPOWDER. is an exciting sci-fi western that follows the adventures of a man equipped with a robot arm and a chainsaw sword.

He traverses the vast desert in search of some magic rings that are said to bestow immortality.

If this isn't an enticing enough premise to make you at least give the book a try, then I truly don't know what would be.

I have read Tite Kubo's Bleach series, and the comparisons are quite evident.

This series predates Bleach, so the art is much rougher and less refined.

There are characters with powerful swords, but in this series, it's less about 'divine spiritual soul magic' and more about attaching technology to your sword to make it deadlier.

This approach is still cool and adds a more gritty and down-and-dirty feel that suits the western theme perfectly.

The core cast of characters is enjoyable enough, and there are some good humorous moments and thrilling battle scenes.

However, it's not the most impressive start.

Everything from the art style to the pacing and even the very structure of the story has its rough edges.

It's a debut series, and Tite Kubo is still in the process of working out the kinks and defining his style.

Nevertheless, it's a fun read and has enough intense action to keep my interest piqued.

Overall Rating: D-

Synopsis: Created by Tite Kubo, the renowned creator of Bleach, Zombie Powder is an unfinished manga that presents a unique futuristic-western setting, somewhat similar to Trigun. The central character is Gamma Akutabi, a mysterious figure whose past is veiled in mystery. He is on a quest to hunt down the Zombie Powder, which is said to have the power to bring the dead back to life and bestow immortality upon the living. Gamma has astonishingly mastered an art of fighting called Karin Zanjutsu in just 4 years, a feat that typically takes 32 years to achieve. He is accompanied in his search by a pickpocket named Elwood, his partner CT, and Wolfina, a female "journalist of justice".

I decided to pick up Zombie Powder primarily because I am a huge fan of Bleach, and both series are the work of the same creator. However, I was deeply disappointed to find that the quality of work in this manga is significantly lower. The plot and characters seem to lack originality and have a recycled feel, failing to truly engage the reader. I patiently read the first two volumes, hoping to become more immersed in the series, but my expectations were continuously unmet. The only redeeming quality of the series is that Gamma has a cool appearance. Regrettably, this alone is not sufficient to make me willing to continue spending money on it.

So far it is meh.

To be more specific, when you compare it to something like Bleach, it just doesn't quite measure up.

It gives me Trigun vibes, yet it's not as good.

Both mangas indeed have a fantastic main character.

In the case of the one in question, the main character has certain qualities that draw you in.

However, when it comes to the cast of secondary/support characters, Trigun has a明显优势.

The secondary characters in Trigun are more diverse, interesting, and they add depth and complexity to the story.

In contrast, the secondary characters in this manga seem a bit flat and underdeveloped.

Overall, while it has its moments, it still has a long way to go to reach the level of excellence that Bleach and Trigun have achieved.

I initially picked up this particular work

because I recognized the author, who is Bleach. I thought it was rather interesting to discover something else that he had created,

as I had previously believed that he had only worked on Bleach. However, it seems that this didn't leave much of an impact on me

because I can't recall anything at all from my first reading. But upon rereading it now,

I think it serves as an okay beginning to a series. I suppose it shows some promise

even though, in my opinion, a chainsaw sword is just way too excessive, lmao. It's quite an unusual and eye-catching concept,

but it might also be a bit over the top for some readers. Nevertheless, I'm curious to see where the story will go from here

and if it can develop into something more engaging and memorable.

This particular work would most likely have a strong appeal to the fans of Trigun or Full Metal Alchemist. The pseudo-old west setting it presents vividly reminds one of Trigun. However, it should be noted that for me, Trigun failed to hold my interest beyond the first volume. In this case, the character work, although not reaching the level of Full Metal Alchemist, is in my opinion better than that of Trigun.

Gamma is an entertaining enough character. The series long quest for zombie powder, or rings, which have the power to bring the dead back to life, is clearly laid out.

Nevertheless, I find myself kind of not feeling a great deal of desire to follow through to the end of the quest. The characters, despite their certain charm, didn't engage me deeply enough to make me eager to pick up the next volume right away. There is a sense that while there are interesting elements at play, something is lacking that would truly compel me to fully invest in the story and its characters.

Perhaps with further development and more exploration of the characters' motives and relationships, this series could have a stronger hold on my attention and draw me more deeply into its world. As it stands now, it has its merits but also leaves room for improvement in terms of character engagement and overall narrative drive.
