There are two things that bother me:

1. Kira is clearly a traitor based on his actions, but somehow no one mentions it later and he returns to his position as if nothing?????

2. Byakuya, who is such a follower of the rules, is sweating that Ichigo has half-transformed into a Hollow and doesn't think it's appropriate to ask him about it or tell anyone else (?????) At the time, I didn't stop to think about it, but the truth is that something like that I wouldn't keep quiet...

It seems that there are some loose ends and inconsistent behaviors in this part of the story. The actions of Kira and Byakuya raise questions and make the plot a bit less coherent. However, despite these flaws, the overall excitement and drama of the soul society saga still keep us engaged. Great battle scenes! There is some truly remarkable plot development in Ichego!

Summary: Soi Fon reveals how she has always looked up to Yoruichi. She expresses her sense of betrayal when Yoruichi vanished from the soul society without telling her. Meanwhile, Ikkua engages in a battle with Iba. Ichego is locked in a fierce fight with Byakuya. Byakuya employs his thousand cherry blossoms move, but Ichego manages to overcome it. Byakuya then unleashes his bankai and injures Ichego. However, Ichego retaliates by releasing his own bankai, which makes his sword thinner and him faster. Byakuya uses a special move within his bankai, and the two engage in a intense battle. Byakuya initially gains the upper hand. Ichego appears defeated until he suddenly grows a hollow mask and seizes Byakuya's sword. He then proceeds to cut Byakuya multiple times. Ichego struggles to fight off the hollow mask. Byakuya challenges him to a final blow to determine the victor. In the end, Ichego emerges victorious and discovers that Byakuya did not attempt to save Rukia because he wanted to set an example of the importance of following the laws. The team reunites.

Furthermore, the council of the 46 has been murdered. Captain Hitsugaya discovers this along with Matsumoto. They find Izuru at the scene of the crime. Izuru tells Hitsugaya that he should be more concerned about Momo. It is revealed that Gin is behind Momo. The volume comes to an end.

I'm devouring every single Ichihime crumb as if it were my final meal, especially after realizing that a significant number of Bleach fans detest the ship and even my beloved queen Orihime herself.

Orihime remains the kindest and sweetest in my eyes. I absolutely adore observing how deeply she cares for Ichigo, which has been evident from the very start. It's truly wonderful to have a character like her who openly expresses her affection for Ichigo with such sincerity and heart, unafraid to tell him directly. In contrast to the tough love approach that most of the other characters tend to favor, Orihime's gentle nature is a refreshing change. I have a special place in my heart for their relationship and the tenderness that Orihime brings into Ichigo's life, especially after the brutal scenes. Her words to him in the aftermath of his fight against Byakuya in this volume are a perfect example of this.

When it comes to the fighting scenes, there were two objectively outstanding ones: Ichigo vs Byakuya and the conclusion of Yoruichi vs Soi Fon. I'm a bit less intrigued by the cliffhanger regarding central 46, but we'll just have to wait and see how that storyline unfolds!

The memories of seeing Ichigo blast through Byakuya's bankai that first time and then to see it again... still have a powerful impact.

Also, the beauty of Ichigo arriving with his enormous zanpakuto is truly remarkable. For us, the readers, to witness multiple bankai that appear so explosive and large from everyone else, yet Ichigo's bankai is so contained, there is something truly special about it. It seems like yet another wonderful subversion of Soul Society's expectations. As we encounter more and more of these characters in this arc and their crazy bankai, perhaps we have also fallen into certain expectations. I don't know, it's just really nice and lovely. Then, we have the greatest battle of all, Ichigo vs Byakuya. It is also epic, with both of them unleashing their Bankai's and attempting to outdo each other. When Ichigo unleashes "Getsu Gatenshou" and then transforms into "Tenga Zangetsu", it is truly something special. Well done by the mangaka.

Ichigo's hollow side is also shown, and this will become important in the future. Finally, their battle comes to an end, and Ichigo emerges victorious, which is a big deal.

There is also some mystery surrounding the slain judge councils, and the big reveal with Gin Ichimaru is on the horizon! Suddenly, the stakes in the series have become much higher!!
