I would have to say that volume thirteen holds a special place in my heart as it is my second favorite volume in the entire soul society arc. There are several reasons for this. Firstly, my all-time favorite captain of the Thirteen Court Guards is Kenpachi Zaraki. His wild and fearless fighting style always manages to capture my attention. However, in this volume, we only get to see him in one of the three battles that occur throughout the entire series. This is a bit underwhelming for me as I would have loved to see more of his intense battles and showcases of his immense power. Despite this, the volume still has its own charm and interesting storylines that keep me engaged.

Bleach is currently at its peak, captivating readers with its intense action, engaging storylines, and fascinating characters.

I initially thought that it was acceptable for them to kill off that captain. After all, he didn't seem to have much significance in the overall story. However, when it comes to Chad, it's a completely different matter.

Chad is this sweet and innocent character who has captured the hearts of many. He brings a certain charm and warmth to the narrative. The thought of them killing him off is simply unacceptable.

I hope that the writers or whoever is in charge of the story realizes how important Chad is and decides to spare his life. Otherwise, there will be a lot of disappointed fans out there.

They better not make the mistake of killing off Sweet Baby Chad!

This volume was truly one of the best I've read so far in this series. It was filled with numerous revelations that kept me on the edge of my seat. Overall, this was an interesting installment. I particularly adored the artwork for the fights and how Ichigo began to further comprehend his sword.

The first appearance of another character in Ichigo's inner world was also a notable aspect.

However, I do believe that this volume introduces an aspect to Ichigo's character that is somewhat poorly written.

At times, he seems like a Mary Sue, suddenly becoming stronger or acquiring a new power out of thin air when the plot requires it, even in situations where he realistically should have been defeated.

Nevertheless, this is a minor complaint, and I'll have to wait and see if this aspect changes in future entries.

Ichigo and his other self

I firmly don't believe that Rukia was the one who killed Kaien.

I have a hunch that perhaps he ended up in the situation where he died due to some action that Rukia took unknowingly.

This might have led her to experience an overwhelming sense of guilt, to the extent that she truly believes she caused his death with her own hands, even though in reality, it's not the case.

Maybe there were other factors at play that contributed to Kaien's demise, and Rukia just happened to be involved in a way that she misinterpreted.

It's just a thought that crossed my mind while thinking about this complex situation.

Who knows what the actual truth is? Maybe there are hidden details that we are not aware of.

But one thing is for sure, Rukia's guilt is palpable, and it has had a significant impact on her.
