L is the funniest little shit. I love me some emo boy ⛓️

Also, it's truly a pity that the banter between Light and L has vanished. The way their rivalry was so incredibly witty, with a thick layer of suspense coating it, and the way they constantly outsmarted each other was truly captivating. But now, it's all gone, as if it puffed into the air. The power of killing people is simply being passed from one person to the next.

Sorry not sorry, but I really don't care about this Yotsuba evil businessmen arc. Can we please go back to Light being the hot, sexy, evil villain he once was? It was that aspect of the story that truly made it shine and kept me on the edge of my seat. I long for the days when their intense battles of wits and the thrilling cat-and-mouse game were the centerpiece of the narrative.

For the past couple of volumes, I had a distinct impression that the story was gradually losing its momentum. This was mainly due to the dialogue-heavy content, which at times made the narrative feel a bit sluggish. Additionally, the shrinking number of action scenes contributed to this sense of a slowdown. However, this volume came as a pleasant surprise. It felt like a resurgence of the fast-paced, high-pressure content that I had been longing for.

One aspect that I particularly liked was the rising significance of the more minor characters. They added depth and complexity to the story, and their development added an interesting layer to the overall narrative.

It's true that this volume didn't have a great cliffhanger like the previous volumes. But despite that, overall, I was very happy with this volume. It managed to recapture the essence of what made the earlier volumes so engaging and exciting, and I'm looking forward to seeing where the story goes from here.

Finally, I continue with this manga! Once again, the stupidity I feel when reading the brilliant reasonings of L and Light reaches high levels. That is, compared to these two geniuses, I really feel very useless. I especially love this about Death Note, the ability to make you reason about big themes such as justice, what is good and what is evil, in a way that is by no means simplistic and obvious. I'm really curious to see how the story will develop!

The appointment of three between Light, Misa and L made me die of laughter! L is really a character. Among other things, in this issue, I don't know what he didn't eat, between strawberry cakes, cherries and chocolate tarts. I love him.

I still can't understand what Light's actual plan is, because I imagine that in some way he has planned to manage to get the Death Note back. We'll see!

3.5. ⭐️

It's not that bad for me, but it is indeed my least favorite part compared to the others. The second half didn't appeal to me as much as the beginning. Somehow, the transfer of the story to the corporation didn't sit well with me.

I'm reading the sequels

So this initially seemed like an awesome supernatural crime thriller.

However, as the story progressed, it unfortunately devolved into pages and pages of people engaging in conversations about useless stuff that we already knew.

It was quite disappointing to see the narrative take this turn. Instead of building on the excitement and mystery that was initially present, it got bogged down in these mundane discussions.

The potential of the supernatural crime thriller was great, but this excessive focus on the already-known details detracted from the overall experience.

It made it feel as if the author was perhaps trying to fill space rather than move the story forward in a meaningful way.

As a reader, one hopes for a more engaging and dynamic plot that keeps them on the edge of their seat, rather than being stuck reading about things that add little value to the story.

Hopefully, in future installments or other works by this author, there will be a better balance between providing necessary information and maintaining the excitement and intrigue that a supernatural crime thriller should possess.

I have a dream that when I grow up, I want to be Aiber. He is such an interesting and mysterious character in the story. The moment I started reading this book, I was completely hooked. It's like opening a door to a whole new world. SUCH A GOOD BOOK… THE BEGINNING!!??!!??

As I progress through the story, I find myself constantly thinking about Ryuk. I really miss him. His presence added so much excitement and unpredictability to the plot. He is like a mischievous yet charming figure that keeps me on the edge of my seat. I wonder what adventures he will have next and how his relationship with the other characters will develop.

Overall, this book has become one of my favorites. It has a unique charm that draws me in and makes me want to keep reading. I can't wait to see what happens next and how my favorite characters will evolve. I truly believe that being Aiber or having a connection with Ryuk would be an amazing experience.

Now that Light has lost his memory and has become one of the good guys,

I have finally grasped the true meaning of "whoever owns the Death Note shall be cursed forever" or something to that effect.

He has done a complete 180-degree turn.

Perhaps there was a tiny spark of evil within him initially, but the diary truly transformed him into Mr. Satan within just a few hours or days.

Light without the Death Note is a compassionate individual, filled with values and principles, and a fighter for justice.

However, I didn't have a great liking for the new subplot involving the corrupt company CEOs.

Nonetheless, I was still intrigued enough that I couldn't bring myself to put down the book.

Moreover, Light's dad is such a drama queen.

His actions and reactions often add an extra layer of drama and complexity to the story.

It's interesting to see how his relationship with Light evolves throughout the narrative.

Overall, despite some aspects that I wasn't too fond of, the story still manages to captivate and engage me.

Hmm.. I truly adored the series during the time when it was simply Light vs. L. The dynamic between them was captivating and kept me on the edge of my seat.

Even when Misa entered the story, although she could be a bit irritating at times, her presence still added an interesting layer to the plot.

However, now that Kira's power has fallen into the hands of some evil businessmen, the story has lost some of its allure. Their actions and motives seem less complex and engaging compared to the original conflict between Light and L.

I sincerely hope that these new characters disappear soon so that the story can return to its former glory of Light vs. L. That was the essence of the series for me, and I can't wait to see that thrilling battle of wits and wills once again. Lol ♡♡

Character Development: N/A (for all mangas)

Diversity: Kinda!

Likes: I truly love how the author masterfully incorporates the elements of horror and emotion within the same book. It creates a unique and captivating reading experience. The way the story unfolds, with its spine-chilling moments and deep emotional undertones, keeps me on the edge of my seat and invested in the characters' fates.

Dislikes: I have always maintained that the mangas can be a bit confusing at times, and this one is no exception. There were certain points where the plot became convoluted, and I had to re-read a few sections to fully understand what was happening. However, this minor drawback did not overshadow the overall enjoyment of the manga.

What mood should you read this book in?: Emotional, Adventure

Pace: Fast

Likable Characters?: N/A (for all mangas) Except for this one! Love you LIGHT! Misa-Misa back off he is mine. Light is such a complex and fascinating character, and I find myself drawn to his every move. His intelligence and determination make him a truly captivating protagonist.

Overall, this is my favorite manga ever! I love it so much! Even though I initially thought it might be too spooky for my taste, I was pleasantly surprised by how engaging and addictive it is. I can't wait to read volume 7 (I have just finished volume 6 when writing this review). I highly recommend this manga to anyone who enjoys a thrilling and emotional adventure.

This has been a low point in the series so far.

I didn't realize earlier how much I'd miss Ryuk. It's quite strange.

The parts with Light and L were exceptionally thrilling. Their intense battles of wits and the constant anticipation of what would happen next kept me on the edge of my seat.

Now, the story is drifting across a new dimension, which is also interesting in its own way. However, it doesn't come anywhere close to the level of excitement and intensity that Light and L brought.

I'm still hoping that the series will pick up again and recapture that magic that made it so captivating in the first place.

Maybe there are still some surprises in store that will turn this low point into a new high. Only time will tell.

\\"Bana güven ve öl.\\" This simple yet profound statement holds a certain allure. It seems to convey a sense of trust and a willingness to take a leap of faith, even if it means facing the unknown or potentially harmful consequences.

Trust is a fundamental aspect of human relationships and interactions. When we trust someone, we are placing our faith in their words, actions, and intentions. It is a leap of faith that requires courage and vulnerability. In this context, the phrase \\"Bana güven\\" implies that one should have confidence in the speaker.

The second part of the statement, \\"ve öl,\\" which means \\"and die,\\" adds an element of mystery and perhaps even danger. It suggests that there is a price to be paid for trusting, a sacrifice that may need to be made. This could be interpreted in different ways. It might mean that by trusting, one is opening themselves up to the possibility of failure or disappointment, which could feel like a form of death. Or it could imply that there is a higher purpose or cause that is worth dying for, and trust is the key to achieving it.

Overall, the phrase \\"Bana güven ve öl\\" challenges us to consider the nature of trust and the risks involved in placing our faith in others. It forces us to question whether we are willing to take that leap of faith, even when the outcome is uncertain.

I don't think the idea of forfeiting the death note was very good.

However, considering the extremely tight situation at that time, it seems there was no other alternative.

Surely, there must have been a way to sort out this mess and make things right.

The whole situation is quite complex and full of uncertainties.

Despite the decision to forfeit the death note, I firmly believe that there is still hope for a resolution.

Maybe there are hidden details or overlooked possibilities that could change the course of events.

I'm really excited to know what comes up next.

Will there be new revelations? Will Light find a way to regain control?

These questions keep lingering in my mind, making me eagerly anticipate the next development in this thrilling story.
