I truly relished this volume. What is fascinating is that the elements which prove to be the most captivating in this are not the elements of the fantastical that are existent, but rather the characters and their interconnections. I find Hikaru to be extremely intriguing. He is just a child, yet still manages to be so fascinating. And his relationships with Sai, Kimihiro, Akari, and others are an absolute delight to peruse. It gives the impression of being truly genuine and real. These characters and their interactions add a depth and richness to the story that makes it a truly engaging read. Their emotions, struggles, and growth are portrayed in such a vivid manner that it is easy to become invested in their lives. Overall, this volume has left a lasting impression on me and I look forward to delving further into the story.
