Overall, this manga is not a bad one. It has its own unique charm and storyline that can attract a certain number of readers. However, it just doesn't happen to be my personal favorite. There might be several reasons for this. Maybe the art style doesn't quite resonate with me, or perhaps the plot development doesn't grip me as tightly as I would like.

Despite that, I can still appreciate the efforts put into creating this manga. The author has clearly put a lot of thought and creativity into it. The characters are well-developed, and the world-building is quite detailed. It's just that for some reason, it doesn't click with me on a deeper level.

That being said, everyone has different tastes when it comes to manga. What might not be my favorite could be someone else's absolute favorite. So, even though this manga didn't quite hit the mark for me, I would still recommend it to others who might be interested in checking it out. You never know, it could be the perfect manga for them.

This volume is truly fantastic!

We are introduced to a new style of playing go, which is tied games. Additionally, there are some foreign characters, such as a Korean equivalent to insei. There is a true comparison of Akira's and Hikaru's skill, and some concrete evidence of how Hikaru has grown. With the actual pro test beginning at the end of the volume, we need to show just how far Hikaru has come in his journey. He has had rather shaky results so far, but this volume aims to present some different ways in which Hikaru has improved. If he does well in the pro test, it won't be out of the blue - it is volumes like this that fuel his progress. There is also an ongoing question about Sai that brings to light some new themes to keep in mind as we move forward. It is truly spectacular, and for a volume that has little actual stakes (until the pro test begins, of course), I am quite surprised by how tense and exciting it is.

Overall, this volume is a great addition to the series and keeps the readers on the edge of their seats.

I'm currently on #8, and I just can't contain my excitement to read it.

The anticipation is building up inside me like a storm about to unleash.

I keep imagining what wonderful things might be hidden within those pages.

Every moment spent waiting feels like an eternity.

I'm eager to dive into the story, to lose myself in its world and explore the characters and their adventures.

The thought of finally getting to read it makes my heart race with anticipation.

I'm sure it's going to be an amazing experience that will leave me breathless and longing for more.

I just hope that the wait is worth it and that #8 lives up to all my expectations.

At the end of this volume, Hikaru is right in the middle of taking his pro exam.

It is truly fascinating to witness just how exciting a series centered around a board game can be.

It's been a great pleasure to watch Hikaru grow and develop throughout the story.

I find myself completely invested in his journey, cheering him on with every step he takes.

What I also love is how some of his fellow students, like Waya and Isumi, offer him help and support even though they are technically rivals.

This shows a great sense of sportsmanship and camaraderie among them.

I have a deep affection for all the main characters in the series.

The idea of the chase between Akira and Hikaru, and how their actions are always interconnected, adds an extra layer of excitement and intrigue.

This entire story is just so much fun to read, and I am eagerly looking forward to reading more and seeing what adventures await Hikaru and his friends.

Pretty great board game manga!

It truly captured my attention from start to finish. The story was engaging and full of excitement, keeping me on the edge of my seat.

The art was really nice as well. The illustrations were detailed and brought the characters and the board game world to life.

Each panel was carefully crafted, making it a pleasure to look at.

I found myself getting lost in the story and the beautiful art.

It's one of those manga that you can read over and over again and still enjoy.

I highly recommend it to anyone who loves board games or manga.

It's a great combination of both and is sure to please.
