As a main book, the number of events that occurred was relatively small and the story didn't progress much. However, that beautiful and rhythmical text didn't reduce the attractiveness of the book for me at all. In fact, among these first four books, I read this one in a shorter period of time.

I really want to understand what important task the hero Sam is going to do because so far I feel that too much importance is being given to him.

Also, the type of government you have is very familiar to me.

The fact that you make everyone your enemy, shut yourself off from the world, and ask why everyone is against you, and blame every decision you make on others, no matter what it is or was.

I don't remember where I have seen such a government before.

Let's move on.

This version of the book should be your last choice for reading.

I don't know what the publisher Vida has done with this book that it has faced so much censorship.

Kissing is nothing that should be censored, and in other books from other publishers, much worse things have not been censored.

The degree of censorship is extremely high.

The pronunciation of names was also very strange.

Jaime
Even if you type it into Google Translate, it will show you "Jimi" instead of "Jim".

Proofreading was also neglected.

If only all the energy and time that was spent on designing the covers of the series could have been used for the inside of the book as well.

From a place of love, I truly adored this book on my second attempt.

The story within its pages seemed to unfold in a more profound and captivating way the second time around. It was as if I had discovered hidden layers and nuances that I had missed before.

The images accompanying this review add another dimension to the experience. The first one, with its beautiful colors and composition, gives a hint of the world that the book inhabits.

The second image, equally engaging, further draws the reader in and makes them eager to explore more.

If you're a fan of great literature, I highly recommend giving this book a try. And if you've already read it once, consider giving it a second chance. You might be surprised at what you discover.

I was fully prepared to be disappointed by this book for several reasons.

First of all, the last book, A Storm Of Swords, ended with a very large cliffhanger. I knew that it was a cliffhanger that wasn't going to be fully explained or explored in this volume.

Additionally, I was aware that in general the story was not going to feature the characters that I was most interested in. Namely Daenerys, Theon, Tyrion, and especially the whole issue of Jon and the Night Watch.

That being said, the volume was surprisingly enjoyable. It helped to better explore the entirety of the Seven Kingdoms. There was tons of action in the first three volumes. In fact, I was actually a little set back by the amount of violence that was featured in the series altogether. This volume takes a somewhat quieter approach. Characters die, but most of the death takes place off-page. Perhaps this means that A Dance With Dragons is going to feature much higher levels of action.

Plot-wise, only certain amounts of progress are made in advancing the plot. We learn nothing more about the advancement of the Others, and no word is made of Daenerys' flight towards the west. Instead, we get political maneuverings in King's Landing and Sam's travel from The Wall to Oldtown. What we do get is quality material, though. I was on the bus when I got to the part of the story that featured Cersei's downfall, and I almost started cackling with joy to see her get her final comeuppance. Also of interest was the expanding story of the Seven Kingdoms, as we learn more about the cultures of both the Iron Islands and of Dorne. Interesting material, definitely, but material that feels much like it is build-up for the eventual landfall of Dany from the east, rather than material in its own right.

One of the benefits of the multiple-POV perspective that Martin employs is that it allows the reader to learn about characters not only from how they see themselves, but how they are viewed by those around them. Cersei Lannister, the most prominent character in AFFC, is the most obvious example of this. When she was presented mostly as a scheming mastermind, but in her POV chapters, she's seen as someone almost paralyzed by paranoia. Similarly, we see Jaime as either a sterling knight (from Brienne's perspective) or a craven weakling (from Cersei's perspective). When we see Jaime's one POV, though, we see that he thinks he is how Cersei sees him, but he hopes to become what Brienne believes him to be. It's a very effective literary technique, and easily builds suspense and complexity to a story of this size.

I firmly believe that this might just be my all-time favorite novel within the series. It's not necessarily because it was objectively the best, but rather because I felt an incredibly deep connection to the story, more so than ever before while delving into this captivating series. Admittedly, when compared to its predecessors, the plot may seem a bit weaker, and not all of the familiar characters we've grown so accustomed to reading about are present. However, I still maintain that Mr. Martin is truly one of a kind, and his writing is among the very best that I've had the great fortune to encounter. I could never, ever rate this book any lower than 5 stars, simply because with this installment, the series has finally found a special place within my heart.

This book, as many of you might already be aware, primarily focuses on King's Landing, and some might argue that it also pertains to the South, although I'm not entirely certain about that. In this volume, we have the opportunity to read for the first time from Cersei's perspective, and I must confess that getting inside her head and witnessing firsthand how her devious mind operates is truly astonishing. We see every single iota of malice that the charming Queen Regent possesses and how far she is willing to go to ensure that Tommen remains safe and unharmed from any potential threats.

Despite the absence of certain key characters, such as Tyrion, Daenerys, and Jon, the story remains just as enthralling and captivating. I firmly believe that this is principally due to the fact that the plot twists and revelations are artfully scattered throughout the book, effectively keeping me on the edge of my seat and maintaining my intrigue from start to finish.

In addition to Cersei, there is also a significant amount of Jaime in this novel, and I clearly observe his transformation throughout the entire narrative. From the tiniest details regarding his thought processes to the moment when he finally distances himself from Cersei and sees her for the true person she is, Jaime's evolution is truly fascinating. He is sent to carry out Cersei's bidding, and his final chapter in the novel left my mind reeling with anticipation.

Apart from Cersei and Jaime's perspectives, there are also snippets and glimpses of the Iron Islands, told from the viewpoints of Asha, Victarion, and others. With Balon Greyjoy dead, someone must step up and succeed him, leading to a web of political intrigue and power struggles.

In the South, Oberyn's daughters, the Sand Snakes, are hell-bent on avenging their father's death, forcing Doran to imprison them before they do something that could potentially jeopardize everything. There is also a certain amount of plotting on Arianne's side, who is Doran's daughter and his rightful heir. I never would have thought that I would come to like Arianne as much as I did. She is bold and has the courage to do what her father refuses to, making her a truly captivating and dynamic character.

This book is indeed quite substantial, and I fully understand why Mr. Martin chose to divide the story into two parts. If he had attempted to include all of the characters and their storylines in one book, it would have been simply too enormous and unwieldy. I understand that he has a wealth of material to write about and a great deal to offer us through his magnificent stories. So, to be honest, I'm not disappointed in the slightest. If anything, I'm actually quite happy that he took this approach. The more books there are, the greater my joy will be.

The fact that a person can construct such an incredibly detailed and immersive world, down to the tiniest of details, is truly remarkable and highly inspirational. I simply don't understand how he manages to do it, and quite frankly, I can see why his books take so long to be published. I mean, they are massive tomes, filled with a rich and intricate made-up history. If I were in his shoes, I don't think I would even be able to remember all of the names. I truly admire his talent and creativity, and I eagerly await the arrival of more amazing books in the future. I can't wait to get my hands on the next installment and continue following the adventures of Jon, Dany, and Tyrion.

The original article is not provided, so I can't rewrite and expand it specifically. However, I can give you a general example of how to expand an article to about 300 words while maintaining a high score of 9.4/10.

Let's assume the original article is a short description of a beautiful park.

**Original Article**: The park is beautiful. There are many trees and flowers. The air is fresh. People like to come here to relax.

**Expanded Article**:

The park is truly a sight to behold. It is filled with an abundance of lush trees that sway gently in the breeze, providing a natural canopy of shade. The variety of colorful flowers that adorn the landscape add a vibrant touch, creating a visual feast for the eyes. The air in the park is refreshingly fresh, as if it has been purified by the surrounding nature. It is no wonder that people are drawn to this place like a magnet. They come here to unwind, to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life, and to soak in the tranquility and beauty that the park has to offer. Whether it's taking a leisurely stroll, having a picnic with family and friends, or simply sitting on a bench and enjoying the view, the park provides the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation.

This expanded article provides more detailed descriptions and explanations, enhancing the overall quality and appeal. You can adapt this example to your own original article by following a similar structure and adding relevant details and descriptions.

This was a re-read for me, and it was done so that I could finally move on to reading book 5. I had read this book such a long time ago that I thought it would be necessary, as I was bound to have forgotten many details. Fortunately, thanks to the TV show, I didn't forget as much as I might have. However, I was still a bit confused by where the two story lines diverged. For example, who's dead in the series might not be in the book, and vice versa.

Anyway, I'm going to jump right into book 5 and expect the same level of excitement and engagement. By the time book 6 comes out, I'm sure I'll be eagerly awaiting it.

Overall, I had the same opinion of this book as I did the last time I read it. It was very good, but not great. One of the reasons for this was that all of my favorite characters weren't in it. There was no Jon, Tyrion, or Daenerys, and only a small sampling of Arya. I understand that books four and five are companion books, and I should get to see a lot of these characters in the next book. But that still doesn't change the fact that this book felt a bit lacking without them.

I have changed my rating after this thorough read. During this process, I discovered new aspects that I not only came to appreciate but also regarded as potential clues for future plot points. George R. R. Martin is truly my favorite author. His writing is so rich and detailed that every time I go through his works, I find something new. It's like uncovering hidden treasures within the story. The way he weaves the plot and develops the characters is simply masterful. I can't wait to see what he has in store for us in the future installments. His ability to keep us on the edge of our seats and make us constantly guess what will happen next is what makes him stand out among other authors. I'm sure that with each new read, I'll continue to find more to love and analyze in his works.

I have to admit that this book didn't appeal to me as much as the others. However, that doesn't mean it's not a great book.

There are certain aspects of it that are truly remarkable. The writing style is engaging and the story has its own unique charm.

Perhaps my personal preferences played a role in my initial reaction. But upon further reflection, I can see the value and merit in this book.

It offers a different perspective and explores themes that are both thought-provoking and relevant.

Even though it didn't immediately capture my heart like some of the other books I've read, I still appreciate the effort and talent that went into creating it.

In conclusion, while it may not be my absolute favorite, it is still a great book that is worth reading and considering.

Many of us agree that the quality of the saga begins to decline from this volume. Perhaps because, lacking main characters, the true essence of A Song of Ice and Fire is lost. However, the change of characters is a breath of fresh air after all that turmoil left by A Storm of Swords.

Unlike its predecessors, A Feast for Crows maintains a rather neutral pace throughout the book; there is very little action, and what there is, one celebrates precisely for its scarcity.

Without a doubt, characters like Cersei, Brienne, and Asha hold up a large part of the novel.

It is curious to know Brienne so well even before reading the chapters told from her perspective, the same goes for Cersei, one knows them so much, even before delving into their minds. But appreciate the chapters of characters like Jaime, because in the next installment his presence almost disappears and one starts to miss him quite a bit.

In the game of thrones, even the humblest pieces can have their own will. Sometimes they refuse to make the moves that had been planned for them.

Filled with new characters, important storylines are forgotten and many more are opened, which is why it is recommended to read this book at the same time as A Dance with Dragons. These two books follow the same timeline left by A Storm of Swords, but there comes a point where A Dance with Dragons continues its course, taking some characters from A Feast for Crows to continue their story.

Do I recommend reading them together? It would be great if you did, both novels support each other, preventing a bit of the boredom of each one, but it requires a lot of dedication and desire, otherwise it can give you a block. As happened to me.

While the dragons are something wonderful, I would have liked to know a bit more about the bestiary. Please, we have Victarion sailing all the seas! A glimpse of a kraken would not be bad, it would even be epic considering that Victarion is a Greyjoy and has the kraken on his coat of arms; but I don't want to complain, if I remember correctly the kraken are extinct, according to what is said in the book. Those damned lion lizards never made an appearance, so far. George Martin implements these creatures in his fauna but all we read about them are rumors and gossip. But there is still the opportunity for them to appear in the following books, in the last two.

What crazy and cruel god would give a man eyes and then tell him to keep them always closed, never to contemplate all the beauty there is in the world? Only a monstrous god, a demon of darkness.

In conclusion, I liked the change of characters, but I don't think George Martin should have left aside all the main ones. Although I understand his explanation, but it was not the best decision.

We Do Not Sow.

This particular one was by far the most difficult to read.

I had high expectations as I had given the previous two a five-star rating. However, this one just didn't quite measure up.

The content seemed a bit convoluted and perhaps not as engaging as the others.

I found myself having to reread certain parts multiple times to fully understand what was being conveyed.

Overall, I am a little disappointed with this one.

It didn't have the same impact or draw that the previous two had.

Maybe there were just some aspects that could have been presented more clearly or in a more interesting way.

Nonetheless, I will still look forward to seeing what else comes along in the future.

This is my Roman Empire.

It is a vast and magnificent realm that stretches across the known world.

The cities are filled with grand architecture, bustling markets, and a diverse population.

The Roman legions, with their discipline and strength, defend the empire's borders and maintain order within.

The emperors rule with absolute power, making decisions that shape the destiny of the empire.

Culture and art thrive, with beautiful sculptures, paintings, and literature being created.

The Roman Empire is a place of great wealth and prosperity, but also of challenges and conflicts.

Yet, it remains a symbol of power and glory, a place that I am proud to call my own.
