There is a lot of material here, and it is one that takes time going over and over. The thinking process of the greatest investor of our time is worth understanding. I was inspired by the steps and methods presented in this book.

A whole bunch of neat insight as the techniques are thoroughly demonstrated and explained. May be prone to a touch of "fluff", but the author makes sure to not only make points, but also drive in the nail. This is a great investing book for novices as well as studiers of Warren Buffett.

This book is excellent at detailing Warren Buffett's thinking about investing, which of course has led to his tremendous fortune. It is very thorough. I thought it was a great read.

The best book I've read so far on investments!

It covers an array of topics, related to Warren Buffet's strategy, and why it is a superior one, with real life examples of how he was able to outperform the market with an order of magnitude that would water every investor's mouth.

The methods used to evaluate the projected value and return of an investment, even though a bit outdated and not so much applicable in modern times, are still very instructive and helpful in trying to understand how the mind of the greatest investor of all time works.

Regardless of the *outdatedness* of the valuation method, the strategy, the state of mind, and the overall mentality described, are, and will always be, very contemporary and relevant.

Overall, a very effortless, instructive and detailed read. A great work to explore more than once!

It shows you value investing in layman's terms.

This book is basically for indivduals with a background in investing/equity research. If you are looking for a groundbreaking strategy sadly there is none out there that can make you super rich. This book mainly explains the basic fundamentals that Buffet used in investing.

If you are young, have a good background in investments and have a source of income/wealth then you can use these fundamental combined with you existing skills to follow these strategies and be reasonable successful in terms of generating superior returns.

The biggest takeaway is that you need to invest a lot of time and effort in finding companies that have certain favorable economics working to it's advantage, pay a reasonable price and stay patient. To do all of this you need to be well versed with analyzing industries, analyzing financial statements and above you need to know how to value companies.

All in all a great read for someone looking for direction in investing.

Una visión muy diferente sobre la inversión en acciones. Explica como invertir con éxito desde una perspectiva responsable, evitando la especulación.
Considero a este libro como un puntapié inicial y motivador para iniciarse en las inversiones, pero la formación adquirida es muy básica como para lanzarse al mercado. Muy recomendable.

This is the first book on Buffett that I read, it is highly educational, together with Warren Buffett's own words of wisdom Berkshire Hathaway shareholders letters that are available free online, it gives you an introduction to how Warren Buffett thinks.

Well explained and organized, Buffetology is set up in a way to allow anyone with an intermediate grasp of finance and securities to gain insight into the mindset of a genius. I generally appreciated the repetition of concepts and facts because it helped me examine them properly and get a better understanding. It can be a bit wordy at times but definitely an interesting and valuable read.

This book is written by a former relative by marriage. She details what life was like when she was part of the family and then investment strategies she believes Warren Buffet would make. Just an okay read.

Really Good Introduction to Buffett’s Investment Philosophy

While some of the examples are a bit dated (GM stands out the most), the meat of the book is really good, though like most good topics, there is a lot more to explore than the book gives. It has really changed my investment mindset though, which admittedly was more along the lines of Graham than Buffett, but I feel like I’ve just reached a new point of investing enlightenment, and am craving more.
