Simple language. Contains the principles that Warren Buffet follows in stocks investment. I plan on following the advice by remembering that profits are made when buying stock not when selling. So, wait to buy when prices are discounted. Also, buy a company that have good fundamentals to ensure you hold the stock for a long time.
Resumen de las técnicas de inversión de Wareen Buffet contado por sus familiares. Libro corto y conciso, con ejemplos numéricos para una mayor compresión. Merece la pena prestar especial atención a lo “monopolio del consumidor y “el puente de peaje”.
This book may have been of value when it was written, in the last century, but now, in 2022, it is historical in nature. The filler material near the end of the book, a list of companies' PHONE NUMBERS has now become irrelevant and oh so annoying when you are listening to the book, as I did. The reader has a nice enough voice, but the intonations were childish in nature, due to the awful writing style of the author (and probably influenced by the editor and/or author). I hated every minute of it this outdated book but pushed on thinking SOMETHING could be learned that I could put to use. Instead, it was how Warren purchased this or that company and for how many millions. He got started, and as the author advises I should too, by using friends' and family's money and investing it! As I am not Warren Buffet, this sounds like a recipe for disaster! (Also, every one of his initial investors was listed, in yet another annoying and uninteresting list.)
