This is an truly awesome book.

It has opened my eyes wide to the profound meaning of what God intended for our bodies to be during our time in this earthly state.

Our bodies, although not yet glorified, are the temples of the Holy Spirit. Sadly, many people perish simply because of a lack of knowledge.

This book, which is inspired by the Holy Spirit, will clearly show you the significance of eating healthy. It's not merely about striving to be thin; rather, it's about achieving true health, being clean, and consequently being free from diseases.

I have been on this fast for just 24 days, and yet I have already lost 15 lbs! Praise Jesus!

It's truly remarkable how this book and the fast have had such a positive impact on my life. I look forward to continuing on this journey of health and spiritual growth.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is seeking to improve their physical and spiritual well-being.

It's a must-read for all those who want to understand the importance of taking care of our bodies, which are the precious gifts from God.

I absolutely LOVED this book.

It is not only a nutritional journey that leads one towards a healthier lifestyle, but it is also an incredibly profound spiritual journey.

The author takes the reader on a captivating exploration of how what we eat can have a significant impact on our overall well-being, both physically and spiritually.

As you turn the pages, you'll discover a wealth of valuable information about different foods, their nutritional benefits, and how to make better choices for a healthier body.

But beyond that, the book delves into the deeper aspects of our connection with food and how it can nourish our souls.

It offers insights and inspiration on how to approach eating with mindfulness and gratitude, and how to use food as a means of self-discovery and growth.

This book is truly a gem that combines the practical aspects of nutrition with the spiritual essence of our relationship with food.

It is a must-read for anyone who is interested in improving their health and finding a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in their lives.

I firmly believe in the principles of natural health and the importance of detoxing. However, this particular book is not one that I would recommend listening to.

Firstly, the concept of fasting as a means of detoxing is highly questionable. In fact, it often places additional stress on the body rather than promoting true detoxification. A more effective approach would be to consume an abundance of fresh foods, perhaps supplemented with some beneficial herbs. Additionally, drinking plenty of filtered water is essential for flushing out toxins. Engaging in light, cleansing workouts such as yoga stretches can also help to get the body's systems functioning optimally.

Secondly, and I hate to be so blunt, but this book can really only be described in four words: an anorexic eating disorder manual. It presents extremely unhealthy and potentially dangerous ideas about food and eating.

Overall, this book is not a wise choice for those seeking to improve their health. It is best to skip it, especially if you have a history of an eating disorder. There are far better resources available that promote a balanced and healthy approach to natural health and detoxification.
