I've truly delved deep into the significance of family through this remarkable series, and to be completely honest, I'm at a loss for words.

There was an astonishing plot twist in this particular book that took me completely by surprise. I simply had no inkling of it whatsoever.

Just like all the other wonderful books in this series, it most definitely merits a perfect 5/5 rating. It's a captivating and engaging read that keeps you on the edge of your seat from start to finish.

The way the author has explored the themes of family, love, and sacrifice is truly masterful. It makes you reflect on your own relationships and appreciate the importance of those closest to you.

This series is a must-read for anyone who loves a good story that touches the heart and leaves a lasting impression.

I absolutely love this book.

It is so engaging that I highly recommend reading it with tissues handy.

I am not usually one to read the ending words from the authors at the end of books. However, I highly recommend doing so with ALL of Karen's (and Gary's) books.

Through this series, I have learned an incredible amount about life and family. It is a wonderful exploration of relationships and the human experience.

I wholeheartedly recommend this series to anyone looking for clean romance fiction. It offers a beautiful escape while still providing valuable insights.

My only complaint is that I wish we could have heard and learned more about Erin and Sam. I wanted to know more about their journey back to peace and reconciliation in their marriage. Additionally, I was eager to learn more in depth about their journey to getting their daughters.

Overall, this is another book that I simply couldn't put down. It had me hooked from the very beginning and kept me engaged until the very end. I can't wait to see what Karen and Gary have in store for us next!

This book marks the conclusion of the Redemption Series, and what an outstanding ending it is.

The series, at times, has been extremely challenging to read on an emotional level. However, it is truly well worth the effort.

The heartbreak that this family has endured is palpable, yet their unwavering faith shines through brightly.

It is truly inspiring to witness how they have managed to maintain their belief in the face of such adversity.

The Redemption Series has taken readers on a rollercoaster ride of emotions, and this final installment does not disappoint.

It ties up all the loose ends and provides a satisfying conclusion to the story.

Overall, this is a must-read series for anyone who enjoys a good emotional drama with a strong message of hope and redemption.

This was my second read of this series.

The first time I delved into it, I really had a hard time with "Reunion" because of its subject matter.

This time around, although I was mentally prepared for the tears that might flow, I still faced a bit of a struggle.

However, I was able to look beyond the sad parts and truly understand the message that the book was trying to convey.

I've finally come to realize an important lesson: never attempt to read a Karen Kingsbury book without having a box of tissues within easy reach!

Kingsbury has a remarkable ability to tug at the heartstrings and make readers feel a whole range of emotions.

Her stories are so powerful and touching that they can bring even the toughest of us to tears.

With each read, I discover something new and gain a deeper appreciation for her work.

I'm already looking forward to my next encounter with one of her books.

Series of Baxter Family

This story is truly outstanding. All five books in the series are incredibly thoughtful and present a realistic portrayal of a family's journey with its ups and downs, just like what we experience in our own lives.
As I read each book, it was a blessing. It brought to light real-life situations that we often encounter, yet it also showed how God leads and intervenes in our daily lives. It serves as a great example, constantly reminding us of how much He loves us.
I am truly grateful to Karen for providing this wonderful opportunity.

Once again, thank you Karen for creating such a beautiful and meaningful series.

Rating it a 4-star ONLY because I started to cry at the end.

Goodness gracious, this series really pulls on my heartstrings. It has such a powerful impact that it can bring out genuine emotions.

I can't wait for the next series and some fresh perspectives. I'm eager to see what new storylines and developments will unfold.

Edit. I just now saw on the cover John carrying Elizabeth inside the house with their little bench out front. ✋

Another book that I read to Diana was truly a wonderful experience.

After her stroke, our activities became limited, but reading together became a precious way for us to spend time.

Diana has always had a deep love for having someone read to her, and I was more than happy to fulfill that need.

As I sat by her side and began to read, the words seemed to transport us to different worlds.

I could see the joy in her eyes as she listened intently, and it made me realize how important this simple act was for both of us.

Reading aloud not only entertained her but also provided a sense of comfort and connection.

It was a way for us to communicate and share emotions when other forms of expression were difficult.

I cherished those moments with Diana, and I will always remember the special bond that was strengthened through the power of words.

Just as emotionally draining as book 4, this reading experience has been quite intense.

I find myself reading a little bit, then pausing to pray, and taking a break. I think about reading further, but then I also pray for a sister I know. Eventually, I decide to do something else.

I mainly turn to fiction for an escape when my brain is overly tired. However, books 4 and 5 have been too emotional for me.

Don't misunderstand me. There were parts in the first three books that brought tears to my eyes, but they didn't strike as close to home. Book 4 was more in line with the fears I have for myself, while book 5 related to the fears I have for others.

But now, I'm done. I'm not continuing with the Baxters for the time being. I simply can't take it anymore. On some level, I feel I should, as God was reading these along with me and ministering to me. But I need a break. Maybe later. Nevertheless, if I'm ever drawn to a Karen Kingsbury book again, I'll read it without hesitation.

P.S. Karen Kingsbury has mentioned in the little excerpts at the end of the book how she felt God's hand on her while writing it. I have no doubt about that. God has truly blessed this work and is using it to do His work.

Of all the books in the Redemption Series, this particular one was by far the hardest to read.

It had the power to evoke a flood of memories from the time when I witnessed my dear aunt courageously battling breast cancer.

The love that everyone showered upon her and the overarching theme of God's Will shone through with such intensity throughout the entire experience.

Despite the difficulty it presented in bringing back those painful memories, it was truly a very good story.

It made me reflect on the importance of love, faith, and the strength that can be found in the face of adversity.

It also served as a reminder that even in the darkest of times, there is always a glimmer of hope and a greater plan at work.

This book will stay with me for a long time, and I will cherish the lessons it has taught me.

I absolutely loved this book!!

It was an emotional rollercoaster that made me cry countless times. The storyline was so engaging that it felt like I was right there inside the book, connecting deeply with the characters. It was heartbreaking to read about Elizabeth, a character I had come to love over the course of five books, being sick and in pain. However, it was also beautiful to see how God comforted her and her entire family.

I also enjoyed getting to know Erin better. Her life took some unexpected turns, and I was amazed and pleasantly surprised by how much God had blessed her.

Since I had been careful not to read any spoilers from the next series, I was completely caught off guard when I learned about Elizabeth's and John's past and the secret they had been keeping for so many years.

I'm really looking forward to reading more about Dayne. I want to know what he has been through and how he will reunite with his family. I have a feeling there are many more emotional moments and surprises in store for me in the next installment of this wonderful series.

This is an outstanding book, especially if you find yourself afraid of death or perhaps struggle to envision what that indescribable godly peace might look like. I regarded it as a beautiful narrative with a wonderful semi-ending.

There are indeed numerous loose ends, but that's because there's an entirely separate series to engage with regarding the Baxter family. Personally, a great deal has unfolded in this story, with a plethora of emotions at play. I truly felt as if these characters were real. On several occasions, I found myself praying for them and thanking the Lord for the blessings He bestowed upon the Baxter family before realizing what I was doing.

Once again, it was exquisitely written. However, I did end up setting this book aside quite often because at times it was just too real. But then again, perhaps that's a good thing. It makes you reflect and connect on a deeper level with the story and the characters within it. It shows the power of good writing to draw you in and make you feel as if you're a part of their lives.

I didn't want to rate any of the 5 books in this series until I was all the way finished.

And now that I am, it's hard to go back and rate each one individually. Whoops
