What I said about book 2 is that it holds a special place in my heart.

This book is not just a collection of words on paper; it is a world waiting to be explored.

The story within its pages takes the reader on a thrilling adventure, filled with excitement, mystery, and heartwarming moments.

The characters are so well-developed that they seem to come alive right before your eyes.

You can't help but become emotionally invested in their lives and cheer for them as they face various challenges.

The author's writing style is engaging and captivating, making it impossible to put the book down once you start reading.

Book 2 truly is a masterpiece that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great read.

It has the power to transport you to another realm and leave you with a sense of wonder and fulfillment.

I can't wait to see what else the author has in store for us in future books.

This could potentially be a fictional narrative, yet there is nothing fabricated about the might of the Holy Spirit. Oh, how I deeply, passionately love the street ministry scene. It feels almost surreal, as if it belongs in a different realm. But in my heart, I firmly believe that such things truly occur.

As we read in Acts 2:4, "All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them." And then in verse 6, "When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment. Each one heard their own language being spoken!" This account is truly remarkable. It shows the power of the Holy Spirit at work, uniting people from different language backgrounds and cultures. It makes us wonder about the possibilities that exist when we open ourselves up to the influence of the Holy Spirit. Maybe in our own lives, we too can experience something similar, a moment of connection and understanding that transcends language and boundaries.

I truly relished this book. In fact, it is perhaps my most cherished one among the series up to this point.

Nonetheless, I still detect a bit too much repetition within its pages. Additionally, it seems that each relationship has to experience numerous fluctuations and back-and-forths before ultimately attaining their happy endings.

Nevertheless, the family bond, their unwavering faith in God, and the profound messages that emerge from the scriptures enable me to apply them to certain aspects of my daily life. This, in turn, brings me even closer in my connection with God.

Karen Kingsbury is an outstanding author, and I am determined to exert my best efforts to read every single book that she has penned.

Her works have a unique charm that keeps me engaged and inspired, and I look forward to exploring more of her literary creations in the future.

This one was far better than the previous one. I vividly remember reaching this particular book when I initially attempted to read the series. For some unfathomable reason that eludes my memory, I ceased reading precisely at the moment when Katy and Dayne met at the Flanigan’s house.

However, I am truly glad that I decided to pick it up once more. It was incredibly intense, and in a highly positive sense. The story had me on the edge of my seat, completely engrossed.

Now, I am excitedly moving on to the next one in the series, eager to see what new adventures and emotions it will bring. I can't wait to continue this literary journey and discover what lies ahead for the characters.

This was an absolutely amazing 3rd book!

John Baxter, a man filled with determination, is on a quest to find his first-born son, the one he and Elizabeth had given up a long time ago. He attempts to go through Dayne's agent, hoping for some leads. However, the agent deems it not worth the effort.

There is a Baxter family reunion即将到来, and John initially plans to disclose the truth about Dayne to his kids during this gathering. But, due to a sudden tornado headed their way, John decides to postpone telling his children.

What brought me such great happiness towards the end of the book was when Dayne finally summoned the courage and fired his agent. That agent was undoubtedly my least favorite character. Additionally, Dayne finally surrenders his life to the Lord, which made me truly overjoyed.

Ashley and Landon have welcomed their new baby, and Cole is ecstatic to have a baby brother. I absolutely loved this book!!

I'm crying.

Once again, Karen Kingsbury has delivered an outstanding book.

The motto "What once was lost now is found" holds true for several aspects in this latest installment about the Baxter Family.

I am devouring these stories at lightning speed.

There are only two more books to go in this set.

I wait in eager anticipation, longing to see what will happen next.

The Baxter Family's tales have always had a special charm, pulling me in and making me feel as if I'm a part of their lives.

Kingsbury's writing is so vivid and engaging that I can't put the book down.

Each character is well-developed, with their own unique personalities and struggles.

I find myself rooting for them, hoping they will find happiness and resolution.

As I near the end of this set, I'm both excited and sad.

Excited to discover the final twists and turns, but sad to say goodbye to these beloved characters.

Nevertheless, I know that Karen Kingsbury will continue to write amazing stories that will touch my heart.

I can't wait to see what she has in store for us next.

I truly believe that this installment of the Firstborn series is my absolute favorite. I'm not entirely certain how the author can possibly surpass it. There is an abundance of powerful emotions throughout. From Dayne's shocking discovery that he is a father, to his miraculous salvation experience, and then to his long-awaited reunion with his earthly father. Additionally, the Baxter reunion is heartwarming, Ashley's troubled delivery adds an element of紧张 and drama, and the arrival of the worst tornadoes ever to hit the Bloomington area creates a sense of chaos and danger. It's a story that keeps you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end. I can't wait to delve into the rest of the series and see what other adventures and emotions await.

Found, the third book in the Firstborn series, takes readers on an emotional journey that continues the captivating story of Dayne, Katy Hart, and the much-loved Baxter family.

As you delve into the pages, these characters seem to leap out and become an integral part of your own world. You find yourself completely immersed in their lives, sharing in their pain and sorrow, as well as their joys and triumphs. The author's ability to bring these characters to life is truly remarkable, making the reading experience not only heartwarming but also incredibly real.

I have always been a huge fan of Karen Kingsbury's work, and I can't recommend her books highly enough. The Baxter family series, in particular, holds a special place in my heart. To see their story unfold alongside Dayne and Katy's is like watching a beautiful tapestry being woven, each thread adding depth and richness to the overall narrative.

If you're looking for a book that will tug at your heartstrings and leave you with a sense of hope and inspiration, then look no further than Karen Kingsbury's novels. Whether you're a long-time fan or new to her work, you're sure to be captivated by the stories she tells.

I'm so bored with this series.

I'm truly fed up with the Katy-Dayne saga. It has been stretched out in a painfully long manner, and I still have two more books to endure.

I simply can't establish any connection with any of the characters in this series. Katy is portrayed as overly perfect, having no flaws and scarcely a distinct personality. Honestly, I struggle to understand why Dayne is so infatuated with her. He's crippled and unable to function properly because of his intense love for her, but what exactly is there to be infatuated with? Katy seems to be a combination of a Mary-Sue and Nancy-Drew, absolutely flawless and unattainable.

One aspect that really grates on my nerves like a cheese grater is the constant need to remind us of the characters' last names. "Katy Hart" is mentioned almost every page instead of just using Katy. And "John Baxter" as if there's another John in the series. The one I really hate is "Ashley Baxter Blake." The hyphenated name is really starting to get on my nerves. Once is understandable to inform those who haven't read the series that Ashley was formerly a Baxter, but every time she's mentioned in a new chapter or when another character is thinking of her? Ugh.

Dayne's behavior during a thunderstorm in Bloomington, Indiana was quite absurd. He acted like a scared baby, exclaiming, "Ahhh! Should we run? Is there gonna be a tornado? How long till the power comes back on?" A grown man who has never seen a thunderstorm? Really?

Everyone seemed to lose their cool when a tornado watch, not a warning, was issued. They all behaved as if they wanted to evacuate until the watch was lifted. Well, tornado watches occur every year from April to September, sometimes even beyond that. A watch is not as terrifying as a warning, so why was everyone so scared to death when a watch was issued? It was as if they had never experienced a tornado watch before. It was like they were issued a watch about a volcano, not something as common as a thunderstorm or tornado watch.

And here's a little tidbit. During the tornado, they were listening to a weather report that stated, "An F4 tornado is headed right for Bloomington." Tornadoes are not rated until after they've hit, not during, so the NWSS would not say, "An F4 is headed your way!" Maybe they did that in the past (I was young back then), but the inaccuracy in that really bothered me.

I've been waiting for three books, and this story is being dragged out yet again, painfully long.

One thing I truly dislike about this series is the abundance of miracles. Yes, Elizabeth died, but ever since then, every prayer seems to be answered. The Baxter's house was spared. Dayne understood a message in English that was spoken in Spanish, which was considered a miracle. (By the way...didn't he commit to Christ in the last book? Is he going to have another conversion in the next book...and the next one?) Ashley almost died, but everyone prayed, and she was spared. When a character is scared and asks for peace, instant peace descends upon them. I really wish the series was more accurate in depicting how a Christian's life truly is. I don't know what it is about the Baxter family, but I don't know a single family that experiences as many "miracles" as they do. There have been times when I've begged God for a way out, but He gives me a way through it without a miracle, just His presence. I do not recommend this series for young Christians or recent converts. The Christian life is not as easy as it is portrayed in these books. I also really wish that someone would come to Christ without relying on a miracle. "A wicked and adulterous generation asks for a sign." "Blessed are they who have not seen, yet have believed." Luke and now Dayne have both come to Christ because of a miracle, not through a slow progression of God drawing them. And God speaking audibly? I wish He'd do that to me...and everyone else. I can have Bible verses come to my heart and mind when I need them, but I've never heard a startling voice that makes me wonder, "where did that come from?"

All in all, I'm eager to be done with this series. The characters are all so extremely perfect, even Dayne. He has a supposed "fault," but it seems just thrown in there haphazardly. And Ashley is completely out of character, as are all of the Baxter family. I'm ready to put this series behind me and move on to the next one.

I am glad that Dayne finally met up with John, though. That scene was indeed powerful and moving. And can I just say...Tornadoes!!!

Again, I hate leaving bad reviews, but...I don't recommend this series. Overall, I give the series a one and a half star rating. It's not horrible, but it's definitely not good either.

Man, moms really do know best. My mom was completely right. I am truly loving Karen Kingsbury and this entire series! This book and the previous one have been my absolute favorites up to this point. I simply adore the Baxters, Katy, the Flanigans, and everything about Bloomington. It's amazing to be constantly reminded of the truths of the gospel throughout this journey.

“Wholeness is always and only found in finding that relationship with Jesus.” This statement really hits home. It makes you realize that true fulfillment and completeness come from having a connection with the Lord.

“When your life here on earth is done, all that will matter is whether you heard the knock of Christ on your heart. And whether you took this chance to open the door and ask Him in.” These words are so profound. They make you think about what is truly important in life and what will last beyond this earthly existence.

“Jim and Jenny were more concerned with loving and leading people to the Lord than about anything else. That alone was the heartbeat of their home.” This shows the power of putting God first in our lives and in our families. When our focus is on loving and serving the Lord, it can have a profound impact on those around us.

I truly adored reading this book and carrying on with this series!

I was captivated by witnessing the evolution of Dayne. It was fascinating to observe how he began to detach from his glitzy Hollywood existence and started to discover his faith in God.

The chemistry between Dayne and Katy remains simply irresistible, and I'm eagerly anticipating the moment when they finally find their way to a long-term relationship.

The meeting between Dayne and John had been awaited for so long, and it undeniably tugged at my heartstrings. I cherished it deeply!

I'm on the edge of my seat, eagerly awaiting to see what the future holds and what will happen next in this enthralling story.

I am completely and utterly engrossed in the lives of the Baxter family, their friends, and Dayne. The story has captured my attention to such an extent that I find myself eagerly anticipating the start of the next book in this series. It is truly highly addicting. The characters are so well-developed and their relationships are so complex and engaging. I feel as if I am a part of their lives, experiencing their joys and sorrows right along with them. Each page turn brings new surprises and revelations, keeping me on the edge of my seat. I can't imagine what the next installment will hold, but I know that I will be迫不及待 to find out.
