Haughty, rigid, socially awkward, hypocritical, yet occasionally reveals that he has a heart. Studied at the University of Heidelberg; received a Magister Artium (Master of Arts) from the University of Göttingen; Doctor of Letters from the Free University of Berlin. Honorary Member (third class) of the Order of Leopold of the Kingdom of Belgium, but he usually keeps that to himself because it is, after all, he sniffs, only a third class membership.
