Snake-boy at the Cirque du Freak. He is the only one in the Cirque who can communicate with Truska because he is attempting to learn her language. His parents put him up for adoption as soon as he was born because of his scaly appearance and long, forked tongue. He was adopted by a cruel man who kept him in a cage as a freak attraction. Hibernius Tall found him and attempted to buy him from the man, and when that failed, Mr. Tall choked the man to death and freed Evra from the cage, reading his mind to call him by name.
