aquaman

DC Comics fictional superhero. First appearance: "More Fun Comics" #73 (1941). Along with Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and Green Arrow, he was one of only five DC superheroes to be published continuously between the Golden and Silver Ages of Comics. His Silver Age origin appeared in Adventure Comics #260, but the Silver Age version of the character is said to begin with Adventure Comics #229.
