The original text "demasiado complicado e abstrato" means "too complicated and abstract" in Portuguese. Here is an expanded English article:

The concept presented was far too complicated and abstract for the average person to understand. It seemed to be filled with convoluted theories and complex ideas that required a great deal of mental effort to untangle. The language used was also quite dense, making it even more difficult to penetrate. As a result, many people were left feeling confused and frustrated. It would have been beneficial if the author had presented the information in a more straightforward and accessible manner, perhaps using examples or analogies to clarify the concepts. This way, a wider audience could have grasped the essence of the message and engaged with the ideas more effectively.

Nin bugs me in general. However, I decided to give her sexy style another shot. I thought that short, early prose might offer me those small, potent doses that I was hoping for. But at this very moment, I find her so pretentious and ridiculously serious.

I don't know. It's as if she should take off her black lace veil for a minute, lady, and sit in the sunshine with a margarita for a change. I think I'm more in the mood to go to the beach than read Anaïs Nin. This probably says more about me than the author herself.

Maybe I'm just not in the right frame of mind to appreciate her work at the moment. Or perhaps her style is just not to my taste. But whatever the reason, I can't seem to get into her writing today. I guess I'll have to try again another time.

Apart from her diaries, this collection of works from Anais Nin is my ultimate favorite. The short stories within it are truly captivating. I can't say for certain which one was my absolute favorite as I simply can't decide. Each story has its own charm and allure. Overall, the collection has a dreamy quality to it, yet at the same time, it can be quite haunting. The way Nin weaves her words together creates a world that is both beautiful and a bit eerie. However, those who are not familiar with her unique command of the language might find this to be a difficult read. Her writing style is complex and requires careful attention. But for those who are willing to put in the effort, the rewards are great.

I am not the most enthusiastic advocate of short stories. If I possess the time and energy, I would much rather immerse myself in a captivating long one. However, this particular collection was truly delightful.

There are a total of 13 short tales within this book. Each one is extremely dreamlike, and in some instances, almost abstract. Nevertheless, the writing is of such remarkable quality, and the metaphors are so exquisitely chosen that they entranced me and made me believe that every word was real.

This was my initial encounter with the works of this author. But now, I am eagerly anticipating reading her journals, which I have recently acquired. I would wholeheartedly recommend this colorful and stirring collection to anyone with an appreciation for fine literature.

It has the power to transport readers to a world of imagination and wonder, leaving them with a sense of awe and inspiration.

A collection of short stories offers a profound exploration into the human condition.

These tales vividly evoke the themes of madness, poverty, and the seemingly senseless cruelty that plagues the lives of those who have been left behind by the relentless flow of society.

Each story is a window into the experiences of individuals who struggle to find meaning and purpose in a world that often seems indifferent to their suffering.

The characters in these stories are richly drawn, their emotions palpable, and their plights heart-wrenching.

Whether it is the impoverished soul who dreams of a better life but is constantly thwarted by circumstances, or the person on the verge of madness, grappling with inner demons, the stories in this collection offer a powerful and poignant commentary on the human experience.

They remind us of the importance of empathy and understanding, and of the need to reach out and help those who are less fortunate.

Overall, this collection of short stories is a must-read for anyone interested in exploring the darker side of the human psyche and the harsh realities of life for those who have been marginalized by society.

When I read the first story in this collection, "Houseboat," it was truly outstanding.

I was left wondering why on earth people had given this collection a mere one star.

For me, this particular story definitely deserved a five-star rating.

However, as I continued reading, I soon discovered the reason.

Several of the stories in the collection were indeed excellent,展现ing remarkable creativity and skill.

But unfortunately, the majority of them were rather disappointing.

While the author's imagery could be truly amazing at times, some of her ramblings seemed rather bizarre and disjointed.

The majority of these stories, in my opinion, were just so-so.

And that is precisely why I have given this collection a two-star rating.

To be honest, this is not an author I would choose to read again.

I was initially so impressed by the first story, but the overall quality of the collection just didn't live up to my expectations.

It's a shame really, as there was potential here that wasn't fully realized.

Maybe the author will improve in future works, but for now, I'll be looking elsewhere for my reading pleasure.

I could read this all over again.

It was truly an extraordinary piece of work.

The story or text had such a captivating charm that it left me completely enthralled.

Every word seemed to be carefully chosen, painting a vivid picture in my mind.

The characters were well-developed, and I found myself deeply invested in their lives and adventures.

The plot was engaging, filled with twists and turns that kept me on the edge of my seat.

I was constantly eager to turn the page and see what would happen next.

It was one of those rare reads that not only entertained but also made me think and feel.

I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great literary experience.

Whether you're a fan of fiction or non-fiction, this is definitely something worth checking out.

Trust me, once you start reading, you won't be able to put it down.

I don't even know where to begin.

I found myself completely engrossed in the book, reading it all in one sitting at the library.

It was truly a remarkable experience.

The author has an incredible gift of being able to put into words every feeling I ever had.

It was as if they had delved into the deepest recesses of my soul and brought out those emotions that I had struggled to express.

Each page was a revelation, and I couldn't help but be amazed at how accurately the words captured my own experiences and thoughts.

It made me feel understood and connected, as if I wasn't alone in my feelings.

This book has truly touched my heart and will stay with me for a long time.

I can't wait to share it with others and see if they have the same profound experience.

Lindo lindo lindo. This simple yet charming phrase seems to hold a certain allure. It could be used to describe something or someone that is beautiful, attractive, or simply pleasing to the eye.

Perhaps it's a lindo landscape, with its vibrant colors and breathtaking views. The mountains rise majestically in the distance, while the valleys are filled with lush greenery. The clear blue sky serves as a perfect backdrop, adding to the overall beauty of the scene.

Or maybe it's a lindo person, with a warm smile and a kind heart. Their eyes sparkle with life and their presence brings joy to those around them. They have a certain charm that is impossible to resist, and they leave a lasting impression on everyone they meet.

In any case, the word "lindo" evokes a sense of beauty and wonder. It makes us stop and take notice of the things and people that bring us happiness and make our lives more colorful. So the next time you see something or someone that is truly lindo, don't be afraid to express your admiration. After all, beauty is meant to be shared and celebrated.

As always, Annie relies on the strange serial style for writing, and this is clearly shown in her short stories this time.

I always find it difficult to evaluate a book that contains a number of short stories for any writer, because there are stories that deserve a full mark and other stories that are not of the same quality, and then I am in a dilemma when setting the overall evaluation.

There are some stories that I really liked a lot, such as "Under the Glass Jar" and its first chapter, childbirth, and Khadija. And there are other stories that I liked, but their charm did not reach me completely. However, I don't know what it is that she uses that makes me attracted to them from the first moment to the extent that it made me read three of her works in just two days!

A couple of good stories were presented, but unfortunately, they mainly read like empty and disjointed attempts at poetry.

The narratives seemed to lack a cohesive flow, making it difficult for the reader to fully engage and understand the intended message.

It was as if the author was trying too hard to create a poetic effect without properly developing the plot or characters.

While there were some闪光点 here and there, such as a beautiful turn of phrase or a thought-provoking image, these elements were not enough to salvage the overall disjointedness of the stories.

Perhaps with more careful planning and a greater focus on the basics of storytelling, the author could have transformed these attempts into something more substantial and engaging.

As it stands, however, the stories remain more of a collection of fragmented ideas than fully realized works.
