Another good one by J.P., though it started a little slow for my taste.

At the beginning, it seemed to progress at a rather leisurely pace, which made me wonder if it would pick up. However, as the story unfolded, I found myself getting more and more engaged.

The ending was left a bit open, which I actually quite liked. It's better than being predictable or following a cookie-cutter formula. It left me with a sense of mystery and anticipation, thinking that I could perhaps guess what likely happened next, but not feeling at all certain about it.

As usual, the character development in this piece was excellent. The characters felt real and multi-dimensional, with their own unique personalities, motives, and flaws. It was a pleasure to get to know them and follow their journey throughout the story. Overall, it was a great read that kept me entertained and thinking long after I finished it.

This book is entirely centered around a mother's love.

It is a love so powerful that it can drive a person to go to lengths that are truly unimaginable.

Moreover, it also delves into the significance of individuality.

Sometimes, one has to bravely turn her back on what appears to be more crucial and urgent matters simply to seek answers to those unknown questions that linger within.

I have always had a great fondness for Jodi Picoult's books.

The reason being that they always revolve around the relationships that are closest to us.

Even if the plot might seem far removed from what is happening in the reader's own life, there are still valuable lessons that can be gleaned from them.

These lessons have the potential to enrich our understanding of human nature and the complex web of emotions that bind us together.

Jodi Picoult's works have a unique charm that keeps readers engaged and思考 long after they have finished turning the last page.

I truly wasted a significant amount of precious time in my life by listening to this particular book. From the very beginning, I found myself completely detached from the story. It was so dreadfully boring that it failed to inspire even the tiniest spark of interest within me. In fact, to put it simply, I couldn't care less about anything that was happening in the entire storyline.

However, I'm not one to give up easily on an author like Jodi. But I must say that I won't waste my time writing a long review for this book. Instead, I suggest you read some of the ⭐️ or ⭐️⭐️ reviews written by others. They have pretty much hit the nail on the head and have accurately described the shortcomings of this work.

Although the protagonist, Paige, lacked a certain degree of believability, Picoult's writing still had me completely engaged and turning the pages.

She has an incredible ability to tap into our deepest human emotions, making us feel as if we are right there with the characters, experiencing their joys and sorrows.

The story, which I read for the second time, was even more captivating on this occasion.

Perhaps it was because I was already familiar with the plot, but I found myself able to appreciate the finer details and subtleties of Picoult's writing.

Overall, I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a thought-provoking and emotionally charged read.
