I simply skipped over the yoga-related content in the middle.

The description of yoga in this book was truly the best I've ever come across. It provided me with a wealth of knowledge about various poses, far more than I had ever learned in any yoga class.



However, when it comes to the author's writing about her own life, it leaves a lot to be desired. She simply cannot write well enough to make this a truly good book. The sections dedicated to her personal experiences lack the necessary depth, vividness, and engaging narrative style.



It's a pity because the yoga-related content is so excellent. But without a more skillful and captivating portrayal of her life, the book as a whole fails to reach its full potential. It feels like there's a disconnect between the two aspects, and it ultimately detracts from the overall reading experience.

This is a really good book.

However, I had just been reading another one of her works and was starting to feel a bit burnt out.

As a result, I ended up skimming the last 50 pages or so.

It's not that the book wasn't interesting or well-written. In fact, it had many great aspects.

The story was engaging, and the characters were well-developed.

But perhaps I needed a break from her style or just needed to pace myself better.

Skimming those pages allowed me to get a sense of how the story wrapped up without completely overwhelming myself.

Overall, I still think it's a book worth reading, and I might go back and re-read those last few pages at a later time when I'm in a better frame of mind.
