Changed my testimony in profound, beautiful ways. A book to read many times in my life.

This is the BEST gospel book I have ever read. It provides so much insight, clarity, and logic concerning the atonement and related topics. I could only read a little at a time because there is so much to take in and ponder. It is thoroughly researched, well organized, and beautifully written. I don't think anyone can read this book without growing intellectually and spiritually. This book changed me. This is the first time I have finshed a book and wanted to immediately start it again. Unfortunately, my husband has already taken it to read a third time. Yes, its that good.

Well-researched book on the atonement. With each book I have read on this topic, I have gained more understanding of the importance of contemplating this singular event and its implications in each of our lives. Highly recommended.

A fantastic description of the what, why and how of the Atonement of Jesus Christ.

Learning to understand the power of the Atonement of Jesus Christ is one of my life's missions. Although it is very far from my ability to grasp and understand, it brings me great joy and gratitude to learn about how His Infinite Atonement surrounds me day after day, holding me up, healing my wounds, and refining who I am. This is a book I'll reread to remind me of who I am.

This book taught me, comforted me, and humbled me. It is the most in-depth and thorough analysis of the Atonement that I have ever read. I appreciated the use of scholarly and scriptural sources to support the author's points. I thought the subheadings were deep and thought-provoking as was the text that explored each idea presented by the subheadings. This book is a masterpiece that will be added onto in the eternities as we learn more and more about the infinite nature of the Atonement. I highly recommend this book to anyone hurting, seeking repentance, or simply seeking to understand our Savior and what He did for us.

Tremendous. "I stand All Amazed at the love Jesus offers me..." Learned much more than I was expecting and predict that this will be my favorite book of the year.

Everyone needs this book. The atonement is so logically and accessibly examined. So many thoughts and so many more ideas to dive deeper into after reading this. I will definitely pick it up again in a few years to learn even more.

I read this a few years ago and thought "I should read this book every year." and haven't read it since then....time to pick it up again.

Elder Callister's in-depth examination of the vastness of the Atonement was thought-provoking, edifying and helped me appreciate even more of the glory and magnitude of the Savior's sacrifice and love.
