I still wonder why Wersba isn't widely read, or even well known.

It is a good book but it is also very boring and nothing really happens in the book . It is about a rat that lives in a writers house and the rat is a reader. He borrows the owners books a lot but gives them back when he is finished with them. One day he builds up the courage to message the owner saying he also lives here. She responds and then they message each other on a daily basis and grow a relationship. He asks her why there is book about mouse and not rats and she made a book for him. It was about him like a gift and he read it in one night.

This was a short and sweet story of innocence and how two lonely beings came together to find things they didn't even realize they were looking for. Absolutely wonderful book.
