I LOVED IT! As far as animal books go, I loved looking at all the neat pictures with diagrams and with information and studying it. It was like being in the jungle and taking my own pictures so I could see what they looked like up close.

This review might be riddled with nostalgia, but I had this book growing up. It set me up for a lifetime full of a love for animals. A great book specifically for older kids. There's a lot of wonderful information but where it really shines is the illustrations. It just makes me happy and it might instill similar fond memories in you animal obsessed children.
