I'm sorta over the prolific abundance of detail in Bradford's writing and the romance novel genre but continue to be interested in the characters and how Emma's extended family continues her legacy. Light entertaining fast reads. On to #4 in the saga.

I liked this book and would recommend it. Have read it in three days... :-) Go for that!

The third in the harte family legacy, these are always long books, filled with lots of details about the family throughout. But I have started the saga, so will continue to read through it, bits at a time.

No decido aun si me gusta o no este libro, y me he tomado mi tiempo para reseñar y aun no consigo sentido a lo leído.

No porque sea un libro conclusivo de final abierto de una saga, pero la historia nunca tuvo un trayecto o enfoque detallado de hacia donde se quería dirigir aunque estaba bien escrito.

Si te gustan las sagas familiares quizás te pueda gustar.

What a shock after enjoying the first two novels in this Emma Harte series. Pretentious, name dropping beyond belief, instructive in the most demeaning manner and without a stitch of an interesting plot. I tried twice to get into this book and gave up. Gag me.

I'm re-reading these books, having read them as they were originally written and published. Now some 30+ years later I'm enjoying them even more

Very good recreational read. If you loved woman of substance, you'll love this one also.

Barbara Taylor Bradford does it again

Her books are always great. I have read many of them. I feel that she is the best author ever. I love her sense of family and these books are great for our female population to read . Women can be successful if they are willing to work hard and keep there focus. Good for self image...

I just can’t put this series down. Onto the next one!

Good updates about the current Harte family members but no where near as interesting as the story about the founder, Emma Harte, the first book in the series. This installment lacks any intensity.
