Even though the writng style is very clunky, and the cast of characters is starting to get unmanageable, I still love this sequel to A Woman of Substance. Something about the luxury lifestyle, and the strong female characters makes it a great bit of escapism for me. Quite a big bit though, as it's very long!!

Couldn’t help myself but go straight into this second novel after finish the epic “Substance of a Woman”. Really enjoyed delving into the characters of her grandchildren further. Very emotionally moving and poignant moments to which tie loose ends from the first novel.

I read this as an e book. A lot of typos. I didn’t enjoy it as much as A Woman of Substance.
