A great book for learning about organic chemistry, by chemistry I mean the logical science, not the rote learning version they teach at school.

Terrific text book that deals not with listing the very large arsenal of synthetic methodologies in organic chemistry, but puts the emphasis on understanding of electron flow, which, once mastered, enables one to apprehend all reactions, whether or not one is familiar with a particular transformation.
