I really love this cookbook. It includes some recipes for meats that a lot of others do not include, and there really is something of a Western flair. In particular, I have enjoyed the stews, using ingredients that I have not seen elsewhere. The food is homey, like comfort food, with a twist that takes a lot of recipes that might be covered by other authors, but taken to a higher level here. Often, if I have an ingredient that I'm not sure how to use it, I can find it here. Highly recommended!
