I really enjoyed this. The ending wasn't the best but it was ok. It was an addictive read and I will definitely look out for more of John Saul's books.
An OK read. The spirits of long-dead serial killers loom large with their weapons of choice and grizzly souvenirs. Unwitting teenagers stumble on a time-defying museum of murderous impulses and a tourist destination becomes a place where evil hovers and death lands. It’s a bit superficial but does the job. I kept turning the pages at a pace. The fact that the ending was predictable didn’t detract from its impact much. All in all a good book to rattle through if you’re off on holiday and need a quick read. Unless you’re heading to a lakeside destination …..
