I thoroughly enjoyed revisiting the imaginative world of this literary genius. I also learned new things about his childhood and his adult life outside of children's literature.

Fell in love with Roald Dahl for awhile, back in 7th grade or so, and read through this book. Loved the illustrations and Dahl's creation of imagery.

There is no better book for young adults or for those who love action and adventure. So much fun to read, and a great sampling of Dahl's work.

While it includes well-known favourites, the compilation’s mix of stories and poems offers a fresh experience, though I did find myself wishing there were even more of his works included. It's a fun, whimsical collection that captures the magic of Dahl's storytelling. I LOVE that I have this on my IRL bookshelf!

Still one of the best books in my collection. Can pick it up any time for first class entertainment on every and any page that opens!
