Don't remember a lot here, read for high school in 1992. I would likely have a different thought on the book today.

This book has been on my to-read list for quite a few years. I finally sat down to read it last week. After finishing yesterday, I feel like I need to go back and read it one more time. The depth of characters and images of human brokeness were compelling. I enjoyed the book but think that a second read would bring out even more.
