A little novel I picked up at a library sale, thought, hey, recommended in the mystery/horror genre. Just wasn't my cup of tea. Found it, comparatively to others in its genre, a bit weak. Quick read, made me think, but I never liked the narrator.

I am not sure why I read this one to the very end. I can't think why anyone would want to create a character as unappealing as Jason Hanford, but there's no accounting for taste. To sum up: disgusting character and absurd story.

Though not his best work Little always writes readable books. Great depth of character and well paced right up to the final sentence. If you have never read Bentley Little start with The Mailman and enjoy the ride

Very interesting concept - the Letter Writers!!! Totally believable - well in a fantasy kind of way :)
