If you’ve ever seen American Dad, there is an episode where everyone gets trapped in a Disneyworld like fun park and in order to annoy Stan’s faction, Roger the alien plays a jingle on repeat that goes like this ....”trip, trip, tripping balls oh trippin balls, trip, trip, trippin balls”....let’s just say that Robert Anton Wilson would be proud that I used a cartoon alien singing a jingle about trippin balls as a reference point of which to start this review. If you are interested in Shmanism, Magik, synchronicity, conspiracy theories, counter culture, alien frequencies, and space pancakes-read it now; live long and prosper.

Fun imagery and undoubtedly an enjoyable read, but comes off as intentionally way too zany at times. I think I would be blown away by this book if I was in my 30's and had only smoked pot a few times in college. Definitely features some surface-level denouncements of other philosophical frameworks, but it adds to the overall charm of the book. All things considered, pretty good!

It's something like a 4.25-4.75 for me.

The overall point of it is a 5/5. But he maybe makes the point a bit better in Prometheus Rising. It just feels like especially earlier on it could have been edited down a bit. Feels like things really get rolling later on.

Rating probably more in the high 3s for me but we’ll call it a 4 because I really appreciated some of the ideas about human evolution and wacky predictions about the future. We are living beyond the years for many of RAW’s ambitious predictions and few have materialized, at least in this reality.

Great book. Many intriguing questions and a phenomenal overview of occult, conspiracy, magick, futurism, and philosophy. It is important to remain skeptical, and though I don't agree with all of Wilson's perspectives there is much here to digest. You will be smarter after reading this book!
