After finishing this book I read the back cover saying "the book is sort of a miracle". And for once I would agree to this back cover. Not because the book is unbiased or has some other traits but due to the sheer brilliance of the author to have covered these 3 vast religions in a 400 pager. The amount of text generated on Judaism, Islam and Christianity is phenomenal and to compress and make a juice of it in such a short form is nothing short of miracle. I did not had much knowledge of these religions so I consider the book to be unbiased. Though my views could be incorrect. However I learned that there is nothing called bias and unbiased view. It depends on which side of the fence you are, from which perspective you are reading the book. Therefore I am glad I was very open while reading the book and gained a lot. The crux of the book I would say is "Idea of God and religion is human, and every human idea must work for its generation or else it would be washed away". The religion we follow these days is significantly different than what was there say 1000 year back. These changes were incorporated not by design but by natural evolution and they were necessary or else the religion and that particular idea of God would have vanished. I would recommend this book to all like minded readers, phenomenal book, but be more open and receptive. Do not read the book with the current prejudices we have and see with respect to religions. Do not have a delusion about "my religion is great" and read this with an open mind.
