This was a fun and incredibly lustful collection. There was a lot of intense sexuality throughout this that most definitely put this into my erotic bookshelves. Most certainly not the kind of book that I would comfortably read in front of family members. But definitely one that was good when I wanted to kill a little time by myself…

There is something fun and intriguing about this collection. I only bought it because I love the Breeds series. But I now have another three authors that I’m intrigued by and keen to add to my shelves. Not all to the same degree, I found some of these novellas more to my taste than others. But overall, these were wonderful tastes of some great stories to come…

If you like your paranormal romance a little bit extra erotic and toe curling… then this is a good collection for you. There are stories with multiple partners, bondage, all sorts of different storylines and erotica. That, and they’re all werewolves. Great fun.

I only read Lora Leigh's story Wolfe's Hope. My first exposure to Leigh. I was actually impressed, I'm not into erotica really but she's a great writer. This one was short and pretty cut and dry. Wolfe was created in a lab with human and wolf DNA. The evil scientist who created him gave him her daughter because she wants to study his progeny. He marked hope as his mate, but never made love to her. Eventually, he escaped the lab. Six years later, he comes looking for hope because he thinks that she betrayed him. Nothing special, but well-written.

I'll probably check out her other Breeds books.

Anthology.

1. Moon Lust by Sherri L. King. Brianna's uncle dies and makes her promise to see Russia because he was never able to go back home. Well, she goes on a tour of an old growth forest, gets lost, falls and is rescued by a Russian werewolf. Now they have to see if she is able to handle who/what he is. Very sweet story.

2. Lunewulf: Pack Law by Lorie O'Clare. Sophie has 3 mates chosen for her including Nik who she has always had a crush on since High School. Nik mates with her first becoming her true mate and then helps her accept the other two.

3. Devlin Dynasty: Running Mate by Jaci Burton. Kelsey is a reporter at a political function trying to get an interview with Senator Jason Devlin. She sneeks onto his floor and he thinks she's there for a little "stress relief" but once it gets going, she doesn't stop it. He then finds out she's his mate and he has to tell her who/what he is.

4. Wolf Breeds: Wolfe's Hope by Lora Leigh. Short but really good. This story is about how Wolfe and Hope first met in a horrible situation when she was 17 and their strained reconnection 6 years later. I really like the Breed stories. ****

I liked all four stories which is pretty rare for an anthology. I would recommend this book.

I wasn't bowled over by any of these stories. The LL story was a necessary read to continue the Breeds series, but the whole story was about Wolfe using sex and dominance to get Hope to admit she betrayed him. I didn't find any romance in it at all. The other three stories were about the same, and I pretty much skimmed them.
