An okay book. It's British and sometimes I think that makes the book not as good since I'm American and the humor can be different.

A really good read. Not generic chick-lit, but does contain lots of laughs at boys expense.

It makes me laugh and offers an escape to a place I'll never get to go.

This was hard to get into at first, but really picked up and had a cute ending.

This was completely predictable and the pace was much slower than I'm used to in chick lit. There are many other titles in this genre that are more interesting and satisfying.

Light and fluffy. Decent. I picked this up after struggling with Ken Follett's "Pillars of the Earth." I needed a light distraction, and this gave it to me. Parts of it are totally impossible (Greta's Grundies being such an easy business launch, notably), but what can you expect from chick lit? The author also wrote "The First Assistant" and "The Second Assistant" with Mimi Hare. Both of those books were enjoyable.

A cute story but poorly written, I kept finding mistakes and it kept me from enjoying the book at the begining. But then at the end i was so into the story that i hardly noticed.

Cute chick book with a predictable ending.

Characters lacked some charm for me. Often the characters in a romantic comedy like this one are quirky and so are these. They are clueless about love and so are these, and they are often funny/witty and these lacked that for me. I didn't find these characters charming or funny.
